Disappointed

Staff was very helpful.

I've stayed here many times before but the motel has definitely seen better days. Did not feel clean. There was a roach dying by the bed one morning. Heater was set on 90 when I checked in. Was not at all comfortable this stay.

Disappointing

The staff was very sweet and very friendly. They were dealing with a lot of issues including a water main break and flooding in one room.

The hotel is dark and cramped and dated. I know it is an extended stay hotel but we just stayed two nights and it would have been great to have a coffee maker in the room.

Exceptional

The rooms are always quiet. I don't hear road noises or people in the hallways moving . The rooms are always clean and nice. Also the air conditioner and heater are quiet and efficient.

Easy check in and check out. The $100 deposit was unexpected but not a problem. The room smelled a bit funny but at the same time it was still clean so I can't complain.

The $100 deposit was not an issue however there's nothing to help you anticipate that ahead of time so be ready for that. The room was cleaned but there was definitely some kind of a lingering smell that could not be explained and the walls are a bit thin so if you have noisy neighbors it will affect your stay

I’m tired and largely dissatisfied.

the bathroom was not clean, I moved to a new room. The second room had blood spots in the sheets.. not mine ! one elevator was very dirty, one didn’t work the next morning. No cups in my room. The bed stand is weird shaped , tall like a shelf unit.. awkward as I hit my head on it to pick up my phone…. twice! This was a very bad experience. What’s with the cars in the lot with people just sitting…and sitting.. it was uncomfortable.

OK facilities, but the booking part soured my experience

The location is convenient to the interstate, relatively easy to get to. The quality of the room is about what you'd expect for the price. If you don't expect a lot, it is fine for a place to sleep.

My biggest issue was honestly more the fault of this website. I tried to extend my stay from here, but that canceled it. ESA showed it canceled, Booking.com didn't. Had to rebook onsite for $50 more. Also, minor quibble, the deposit took just over a week to fall off.

Good except that I had to go to the front desk to get stuff I expected would already be in the room.

The breakfast was nice.

I had to go to the desk like 4 times....to get hangers, then dishes, then coffee mugs, then toilet paper and Kleenex. I don't drink coffee or I would have had to get a coffee pot too.

Comfortable trip, but staff could have been more attentive

The room was comfortable -- this was listed a an extended stay property -- but you had to ASK for items you would need on an extended basis (Plates, silverware, cups etc) and they even chatged a $100 deposit !!!

When I arrived for check in- there was ONE front desk Staff member and she was on her PERSONAL Phone , I acknowledged her - and rather than curtailing the call she remained on it for 10 minutes - with other people waiting -- when she finished she said it was the MANAGER -I believe if she had told him there were guests waiting - They would have called back

Good stay for price

The bed was very comfortable. Full sized fridge and kitchen. Room was a very decent size.

The bathroom was quite small, and I don't care for carpet. Room had a little bit of a musty smell, but I have been in way worse.

Excellent front desk staff, great location and good value, full kitchen is a plus

First room we got smelled heavily of smoke, second room had a broken recliner and barely working bathroom faucet but overall it was great

Basic accommodation, that feels safe enough for lone female traveller (just!) Ha.

I love that you can cancel by 6pm same day! I like that it's cheaper than standard hotel. I like that it feels safe enough to stay there and the staff are friendly. Close to work. Bit grungy for leisure stay, no facilities really, but as a bedroom for the night, it's fine.

There was no breakfast on offer, although it's advertised. There is a make it youself coffee machine and vending machine. I guess that's why price is low though. Bit noisy with some longer term residents likely. Smells bit old.
