I never stay and they charge me for the night $73 dollar

I don’t like nothing about this hotel especially the staff because they don’t listen to the customer the woman in the admissions was rude and disrespectful only what she wanted to do and say sorry to have a human being so sad for the administration I never recommended it this hotel to nobody

I got what I paid for

Staff was great

Rough neighborhood and noisy tenants. Bed was dirty. Cops came to the parking lot twice in 5 days

Surprisingly very quiet

Quiet fairly secure. It was nice to see a security presence. Over all I couldn't have been happier. Wish it was cheaper.

Security deposit through 3rd party. Could not roll over had to take another 100$ each time I booked as the previous 100$ deposit would be refunded 3-5 biz days later. Need some type of in house vending. Cleaning department needs to clean! In-between stays. Moping wiping down something. Just because it's not dirty doesn't mean it's not dirty.

Superb

Great rate and fast check in and comfortable area

My key card or door access knob had many issues but the office manager was very helpful and even came up to my room and got it to work but needed to tap on metal plate many times and same for me any time I left

It was a decent day

The bed was clean and fresh, full-size fridge, stove and kitchenette cable TV, and it was cleaner than I thought it was going to be the only bad part was the deposit that cost more than the room and takes a few days to get back to you.

The deposit was more than the hotel room was I wouldn’t have a problem with it, but it takes a few days for them to get it back to you. They should give it back as soon as you check out. And the shower floor was dirty and it smelled like somebody cook some nasty Chinese food in there.

Location near alot of things

The cleanness stairs smells like pee had pee stains and dirty. Like its never been power washed ever. Walls and doors are dirty. Ceiling in bathroom had water stains. Bed broke due to cheap frames. And I had to plung the toilet every time I flushed. Even after maintenance supposedly came and said the chain wasn't broken. When it was clogging up. Over all will never stay again.

The design made it feel like a mini apartment. Makes me want to stay for extended time.

Absolutely disgusting and not sanitary at all.

I am so disappointed, I had just traveled for 18 hours and just needed to sleep for a few hours so I stopped here. I have never been in such a dirty, disgusting, horrid smelling place in my life. There were random people walking around all hours of the night up and down in front of the rooms. There was dirt everywhere on the floor, hair all over the bathroom, and cockroaches in the “kitchen”. I will NEVER stay here again.!!

Sleep in your car before booking a room here!!

Absolutely nothing

This property should not be an option for nightly rentals as a motel. It is more of an apartment complex with full time residents. The property and room were absolutely filthy and loud rowdy residents all night long made it impossible to rest.

The location and price.

Everything, especially the fact that if compared to the online description it was very misleading. The parking lot was full of debris, which lead to me having 2 screws in one of my tire.

more care could have gone in to the cleannliness of room.

toilet was not flushing well. Mirror had not been wiped down. There was cleaning supplies in bathroom. Upon intitial entry to room. lights were on. tv was on. Very weird. then seeing the missed steps in cleaning was discomforting;.
