It’s pretty detailed above.

We did not stay after we had been there briefly. There were multiple men sitting outside at the front door smoking. The elevator did not work. Finally took us to the 2nd floor but couldn’t get us to the 3rd. The work around was to change us to the 1st floor because I can’t do stairs. When we went into the room, the curtain was partially unhung from the rod, the bathroom just didn’t look clean but the final was the roach that just sat there looking at me. It was completely awful.

My Last Time Staying At Extended Stay

The location was good. It was in an area where a lot of business where located

I found a dead roach in the room. The sink in the bathroom had a consistent drip, with no cold water. I would Never stay at another Extended Stay. No ice machine, no coffee pot in room, no hair dryer. The hallway smelled like weed. The front desk close at 11pm. So there's no assistance at night.

The worst place I’ve ever been

Location to the airport

Everything was Either dirty or broken Plus I was told at the last minute there was a $150 hold on my card. Plus I had to pay for the room. But on the receipt it only shows the $150 and not as a hold

They overbooked the hotel and they told me I couldn’t stay there but my room was already paid. They told me they try to contact me but they couldn’t (I was traveling all day it would be easier to just cancelled the reservation and refund my money) I’m still waiting for my refund

They sold all the rooms, even the rooms that had been reserved. A lot of people were in the lobby, (myself included) that had confirmed reservations, but had to leave and find another place last minute…

The workers were extremely patient and nice. The washer room was nice and clean. The hotel was quiet and in a secluded area, just to my liking. It’s was an okay experience overall. It was cool………………..

Breakfast sucked , all was offered was coffee and hot cereal and cereal bars

The front desk staff during the day and evening was rude it was the same lady both shifts staff never at the desk had guest waiting 15-20 mins for someone to show up , hotel was clean but very dingy lot of stans and holes in walls. A lot of drunken people in parking lot bear cans.

Very basic/outdated. Didn't feel the safest..... always people standing around smoking outside... it was dark.
