I'd stay here again and I'm picky.

This hotel while a little outdated was built so well I could over look it being slightly outdated. It was clean and one could tell when it was built it was built for quality. the beds were very comfortable and the room was well taken care of over all. I was very pleased with the room as a whole.

A few things. 1. The night staff wasn't very friendly. 2. The toilet was a round bowl and placed awkwardly in the room with the shower. 3. The windows have a serious layer of dirt on the outside. I can over look number 2 but 1 is an easy fix and while 3 isn't a cheap fix it's time to hire a window cleaning company guys!

So so, Children allowed to run un supervised through out.

My room was smelly as of carpet being wet . Also peeling along baseboard by ac unit . 3 pillow on one bed 2 on other.

The Drury Inn is our go to when we stay in Jackson. We will definitely continue to stay here.

We enjoy staying at this Drury Inn. Location is convenient to many stores and restaurants.

Location is close to multiple other restaurant alternatives. Their dinner offering sadly did not cover our dietary restrictions.

The evening meal was unexpected. It was very good. Such a value added. Breakfast also was great. Such a variety. Everyone was pleasant & helpful.

The room we had was arranged oddly. Queen, but more of a suite. Tub didn't drain with shower on. Closet was in bathroom. Nothing really wrong.

Explain the Charges Better

Everything was ok !!!!!

I didn't appreciate not being told that they have to hold $50 til you check out ; what if I needed that $50 thinking it's on my card but it's not and after I found out it was missing off my card I called back up to the hotel to see why I was over charged and I don't appreciate the way I was told about it the attitude !!!!!

Decent enough stay with included buffet breakfast and dinner, but noisy airconditioning in room

The fact that the rooms came with a decent buffet breakfast and dinner was a welcome surprise! Staff at the bar in the dining area were exceptional, very friendly and welcoming, and the 4x included drinks were also very welcome.

The rooms are a bit dated - all had airconditioning, but it was very elderly - very noisy throughout the night, and combined with the in-room fridge it sounded like we were sleeping inside the engine bay of a truck. Didn't see much in the way of sidewalks around the property, so getting to the Target across the road required driving to and from.

staff not available at front desk late night although it was told they are available 24/7. Property had roaches, linens had stains which indicate housekeeping does no clean rooms properly.

Please recognize staff and cooks. They doing an amazing job.

Everything was great. Customer service was amazing. My kids enjoyed the food. Food was high end restaurant quality. Really happy. We will be back.

it was a quick stay, got there late and left early but we certainly enjoyed breakfast before we left.

clean and easy to get to, right off the freeway. it’s also close to many restaurants and stores.
