the staff was great.
I was disappointed with the room as to no dresser in 1 drawer in the closet for close. Our breakfast which was included in our room stay was cold with some item empty and unavailable until after we finished. We told the front desk but they just said sorry and didn't offer any type of comp. We had a room credit for food/drinks but it was still added to our bill. I just felt disappointed with this type of caliber of a hotel

The hotel lobby was amazing. The room was immaculate. We stayed on the 5th floor and had a balcony view from the front of the hotel but had a great view of the moon and city skyline.
The only downside is I wish the refrigerators were a little bit bigger. Other than that our stay was perfect

Great resort. Great Pool. Good family atmosphere.
The breakfast was not great. Was much better in past years. When it comes to Food and Drink this Hotel feels more like a Residence Inn or a Courtyard by Marriott. Pretty basic. I suggest staying here but not eating here!

We’ve been coming to the Stonebriar since at least 2010. Love the property. The renovations just improved on an already good, boutique hotel. We plan to continue coming here to r and r.
Nothing negative to report.

This was a beautiful resort the rooms are very spacious. The beds are very comfortable on of the best sleeps I have had in awhile. Restaurant staff was the best and very detail oriented, also the food was very tasty.
Front desk staff could use a little bit more training and should know more about the difference in the rooms. The rooms need to be inspected by Chief engineer and Head housekeeper as the bathroom had some noticeable stains along with stained towels that I am not sure were actually cleaned.

DeMarcus Thomas, the Front Desk Supervisor, was so welcoming, funny and super quick and easy check-in. Superb service!
Elevators were beyond slow..........

Bed was comfy, room was spacious. Workout facility was well equipped and front desk staff was very friendly and accommodating! Had a tasty meal at the bar. Appreciated the little coffee shop serving Starbucks tea.
We prefer a bathroom with a real door vs a slider and a separate area for the toilet so that two people can easily use the bathroom. Decor was a little tired/dated in the bathroom. Towels were super old and scratchy :/ Workout facility was very buggy/spider webs. Food service staff was a little slow.

The property as a whole was nice. Rooms were large and very comfortable.
We were woken up at 9 am Saturday to a VERY loud DJ / wedding festivities that went on for almost an hour in the circular driveway outside of our window. No sleeping in at this facility - no matter how good the bedding. Also, for a large facility there were minimal elevators working -- always a line.

Great location. Very clean and comfortable
A bit pricey

The location was great, many wonderful restaurants and shopping close by. The staff were exceptional!!!! Marcus and Tanner are the BEST!!!! They gave us exceptional customer service, extremely friendly!!!! We will definitely stay here again.
Nothing. It was a great resort, and a wonderful weekend getaway

Location was good, breakfast was good
Duvet cover had blood on it, front desk notified and they brought a new one - no apologies just knocked on door and handed it to me. Front desk only had one employee for check in and had to wait 10 min - she was very hard to understand. Asked in reservation for extra towels and extra pillows in our room. Received neither. Ice machine on floor 2 wasn’t working, front desk said to bring ice bucket to the bar for refill - not at all convenient. We were so disappointed in the brief stay. We were looking for an elegant and it was anything but that.

The beds!!!!!!!!
The atmosphere was peaceful yet exciting with all the amenities.
It was all good

Love the pool
They put me in a first floor room next to the entrance, was loud and didn’t feel safe

Nice clean friendly staff
Elevators had issues

Great bathrooms and bedding. Air conditioning great. Very close to our venue. Friendly and excellent staff. Valets were great and gave us cold btls of water all the time.
Only one restaurant for such a big place. Needs a good bar for drinks. You had to pay for most of the shade by the pool by renting a cabana. Elevators either broken or slow.
4.3
The room was very comfortable and clean. Parking was free!
It got hot at night, but that might have something to do with the 105 degree heat that day. Also, they charge a $25 per person resort fee, but you won’t know that until you check in. You can spend it anywhere at the resort, but it would have been nice to know before arrival.

location
inside bar staff was a little rude. she was too busy talking to other staff members to wait on us.

The pool area was a bit dirty but other than that it was good

The staff is amazing.
The pool is very small and right next to a road. The slide looked very dirty.

The location & there was a top golf fun lounge, and the staff Stacy & Roxy were very nice!
Shower didn’t work in our room, the rooms looked more old & dated vs pictures online. Wasn’t worth $400
