Enjoyed it

Great breakfast, comfortable beds, nice linen s, nice bathrooms. Keurig in the room . Very quiet.

Surrounding area has deteriorated since COVID with closed businesses and more homeless. Still a beautiful park across the street with a great place to walk. Beautiful capitol building .

Good services but old facilities.

Staffs were friendly. However, I need to wait for a while to receive services. The staff at the counters were doing something, but I am not sure what took them so long. I believe that there were some facility issues.

I heard that there was some plumbing construction while I was staying. This affected the water pressure. There was not enough water pressure to satisfy. The problem is that neither the website nor the hotel told me or mentioned this important information before I reserved a room. If someone pays more than $200 per night, they should be notified.

Unbelievable

The location. The room is big and clean.

The parking lot is not safe and you have to pay $25 to park your car. The barrier was open when I entered, so everyone could access it without any problem. Poor lighting in some areas which can create hiding spots for criminals, increasing the risk of theft or assault, especially during the evening or night. I was scared when I parked in and walked to the hotel entrance. I don't see any security patrols or cameras around. So, can make it easier for criminals to target vehicles or individuals. When I complained about that the manager told me that unfortunately the hotel is not responsible for that because who manages the parking lot it's a third part but the hotel has authority to charge me $25 without any problem. Unbelievable. No care about customer service and safety. It is very disappointing.

Valet person was very racist towards us

breakfast and valet service was terrible. the child at the valet desk was very racist and disrespectful towards me and my wife. we where in town not only for business but for my mother in law funeral and to have to deal with such disrespect was very upsetting. unfortunately because of this we would not stay at this location again

Wasn't treated like a paying customer

No soap in the the room. Not enough towels. No microwave in the room. Tv remote did not work. Couldn't use TV. Parking fee, no free breakfast. All that and I had to pay $730 for 2 nights. Absolutely waste of money. Never again.

Perfect location, staff extremely friendly and I was able to check in once I arrived.

The location was perfect, I was running in the CIM. The restaurant was perfect and when that was closed we were able to order food at the bar after the race.

Property was great and customer service was great, housekeeping just needs work.

Perfect location and amenities. Front of house service was great.

Room wasn’t the best. The bed did not have a fitted sheet. It was just a bed sheet laid down. Same with the duvet. No duvet cover, it was just two bed sheets sandwiching the duvet. Shower also had mold growing on the ceiling.

Not worth it

Room was not what was pictured smaller and no pool table and was beat down. The couch had a hole in it, the table was dirty when we walked in. The bed frame/ head rest was scuffed and was not really worth the money.

I’d make a hard pass for this property next time

it’s a great location, and it’s clean

my room had a large humming sound, the water to my room was turned off from 1am to about three am so I couldn’t get a drink of water in the middle of the night and the rate for this hotel is very overpriced and underwhelming.

For the $450.00 for a one night stay, the accommodations were disappointing

The breakfast was disappointing because the order was not filled according to the menu. There were no utensils delivered with the meal.

The room had an odor. I requested a spray to eliminate the odor and was told it was coming from a room across the hall that had mold issues due to flooding.
