Es gab positive wie auch negative Merkmale an dem Hotel. Ob ich es erneut buchen würde kann ich nicht genau sagen. Tende

Der Außenbereich war sehr gepflegt und das Essensangebot war sehr vielvältig und geschmacklich gut. Für den Strand wurden Liegen, Schirme und Handtücher direkt vorm Strand zur Verfügung gestellt.

Die Zimmer sind sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Obwohl man bereits bei der Zahlung Gebühren und Steuern bezahlt, bekommt man mit der Abrechnung irgendwelche neue Gebühren aufgebrummt pro Tag.

Overpriced room with non heavenly nightmare mattress

Nice location friendly staff

Very roomy rooms really nice except the mattresses very hard and uncomfortable king bed was so hard and old, queen bed tilted to one side with a hole indented on it our backs were killing all of us and very noisy shower from next door awakened every morning at 6am from the very noisy shower twice probably 2 guests in that room left this hotel exhausted 😩

Relaxing stay beach front. Family and pet friendly vibe

Lovely beach front stay perfect room with balcony. Didn’t leave the room much.

The property is situated like a maze. So preferably a stay closest to lobby valet entrance is for me in this hotel. The grounds are beautiful for the long walks. The pools are very noisy with children. An adult only pool seems to be humane especially when paying the price.

Great hotel and staff but watch out for hidden fees and charges!

Great property, nice pool facility friendly staff, nice to have beach chairs and umbrellas etc. available.

We booked a room and a breakfast package. Our room was for four. The breakfast package was apparently only for 2 persons? The hotel charged us for two additional buffet breakfasts daily. When we complained and challenged they waived this charge, but i am still confused how they can sell a breakfast package for two person when the room is occupied by 4? Additionally, the room charge does not include a resort fee of usd 42.00 per night. While this fee covers towels, sunscreen and beach furniture, I am not sure why this is not included in the room fee already. It’s not like you can opt out of this fee…. These additional fees are not clearly laid out when booking, so be aware. While we loved the hotel, the lack of transparency in these additional fees has left us a bit frustrated. Will definitely make me think twice about booking with Hyatt again.

Nice property... not sure I would stay again after the cabana incident

The property was enormous and clean for the most part. The staff was extremely attentive to the guests' needs. Food was absolutely amazing!!!

Since the property is hugely dog, friendly, the resort, unfortunately smelled like urine throughout. Also, bring your banker if you're going to stay here as the prices are ridiculous. Also, we tried to cancel our cabana before our timeslot started because we decided to rent bikes from the property instead. They would not refund the money and in fact we had to pay $520. There wasn't even a TV in the cabana like the other cabanas. Total rip off. Especially since we spent A TON of money there already.

Our stay was very relaxing and enjoyable.

The location of the resort was beautiful. Grounds were exceptional and many amenities to enjoy! The food and beverage service were exceptional. Natalie always had a friendly smile and very courteous even tho she was very busy.

We requested an ocean view and we got one, it was just a little noisy above US1. We previously stayed in an inner ocean view room overlooking the spa and fish ponds and will request one of those next time if available.

2/5 for me - seen better Hyatts

- Right at the beach, perfect to watch the sunset and walk safely back to the hotel - Location is great, near Main Street and all places you wanna go to - Toiletries quality superb: best shampoo and conditioner compared to other hotels, high quality - Good Pool choices, quite busy at times (the diarrhoea warn signs at the pool doors were slightly off-putting though, I can only assume they had some situations before, just never seen warning signs like this in other hotels)

Hyatt Huntington Beach overall 2/5 - Not worth the money, premium prices without the premium service - Facilities ok but not too special (general resort style facilities) - Restaurants overpriced - Small shops on site are lovely but little to offer - Room not suitable for 3 people based on bed and room facilities (towels x2 instead of 3, bathrobes x2 instead of 3, same for water and toiletries), also looked dated, had to make a complaint to get it rectified after 11h flight and after 10pm def. not what you want, in all fairness once the manager got involved it got resolved quickly - Interior was ok and lobby quite dark - At check in, no infos given re: breakfast, gym or similar, the welcome was underwhelming, staff was more interested in putting my credit card on file and authorising a “security” / incidental charge that wasn’t needed (room was fully paid); check out had a queue and if they had express check-out it wasn’t obvious to anyone standing in that queue incl. myself. Usually I get an email for express check out but not here - Partial ocean view was a joke, 5% view does not warrant the higher price tag; after staying in other Hyatts after this stay and with the same room description , I now know they just put us in any room to tick customers off the list. We did not get the room we booked. See picture attached with the “partial ocean view” and bed that was suggested by the hotel three people can sleep in (after my complaint, we got a roll-in bed that looked like it rolled out of 1980) - Score reflects overall and in comparison to other Hyatts and hotels we stayed at for same price range - Attention to detail was missing here, staff don’t seem to care enough or are in training - Feedback was given at the time to staff so this review doesn’t come as a surprise

Это самый душевный отель для проживания с семьей в Лос Анджелесе или Оранж Каунти. Огромная территория, красивая архитектура зданий, отличные номера. Был детский бассейн с горками, который мои дети полюбили. Завтраки в формате буфет были только на выходных и это были восхитительные завтраки, в будни завтраки хорошие по меню. На территории есть магазины с продукатами и рестораны, это очень удобно. В отеле очень тихо и спокойно. Парковка очень удобная.

Наш номер был на теневой стороне, хотелось чуть более солнечный номер. Завтрак в формате буфет хотелось бы всю неделю

Not great, just ok. Has become tired over the years & not like it used to be.

Great location, close distance to Huntington Pier & Main Street. Able to hire nice cruiser bikes to travel around which was great fun. Handy to have the walk bridge to beach. Room was nice and big for the 3 of us to stay in with walk-in wardrobe and large bathroom with stand alone bath & separate shower. That was after we asked to pay for an upgrade as first room we were allocated wasn't great. The room we ended up in had a great view overlooking the water feature in the hotel and the beach.

Bedroom & bedsheets were very clean but bathroom/toilet was not cleaned properly, dust & other people's hair collecting in corners of toilet/bathroom. Our complimentary water was not replaced in the entire time we stayed there which was poor considering 2 bottles everyday were meant to be included in the amenities fees we paid. When we mentioned it to front desk they just offered to give us two bottles from them rather than address the situation and make sure it was resolved during our stay. So many private functions and sales conferences going on that sometimes certain areas/restaurants weren't available for us to use. Had we known that we wouldn't have booked to stay here as the cost is very high if the facilities aren't available. Guests staying beneath us constantly smoking on the balcony which wasn't pleasant when we wanted to sit on our balcony. We mentioned this to the hotel & they said they weren't allowed to smoke & said they would sort it. But unfortunately, the guests continued to smoke. It felt the hotel had lost the high standards we had received on previous trips. It is ok but I'd say its more of the standard of Hyatt Newport Beach now, mainly geared for standard business trips. Not the family hotel we have used it for before.

We had a wonderful time.

We had a King room with a full view of the ocean and it was beautiful. The only thing we missed was the actual sun setting. The building next to us was in the way of seeing the sunset. But when the sun set the sky was many beautiful colors. We really loved our room.

Fabulous except for lunch.

Beautiful hotel and grounds. Excellent service. Loved the spa and room service.

The only restaurant open for lunch at the time was the main restaurant. There was no bartender working and the menu was VERY limited.

This resort is stunning. The quintessential California vacation. Even though I am a native, I felt like I was in some tropical exotic destination.

The food was a tad pricey, but that is not unexpected for a resort.

This was my second visit within 4 weeks. I just spent my 50th birthday there. I think I just found my new weekend getaway from Vegas.

The only thing that I didn't like and I wouldn't even say I didn't like, but I wish that the flat screens were on a swivel. It allows you to see the TV better when you have a bigger room with the separate seating area.

Hotel was amazingly comfortable and has beach access. Everything you need is right on site. Loved the concierge servive of beach chairs, umbrellas, towels, sunscreen.
