J’ai aimé l’emplacement.
On entend les gens se déplacer au dessus et lorsqu’il tiraient leur chasse d’eau. On entend bien les voisins parler

Easy check in and out …

Great location, close Main Street and pier.
Nothign to dislike but quite basic. Room has everything you need and bathrobes recently renovated.

It was nice across from the beach
I didn’t like that my room smelled like a old cigarette for it to be non smoking had to keep my candle lit and spray

Advertised as having rooftop deck and hot tub, however the place is being renovated. This was not disclosed upon booking

We weren't there long.. but it was ok. Beds were ok.
It was expensive and we weren't told when booking the room that the Spa, Sky Deck, gym, etc. were all closed. We chose there for our teen daughters to use the spa after a long day playing in a soccer tournament on the beach. Kinda not cool.

Great location, right across the street from the beach, and just a few blocks away from restaurants and shops.
When we checked in the key to our room didn't work and we tried to other sets that also didn't work. We were told that a tech would be there the next day to correct the problem. The tech never made it and we had to have staff unlock our room every time we needed to get in. We didn't get a working key until the last day of our stay.

The Location. It was clean, staff was friendly and helpful.
The shower head was bad. It was hard to take a comfortable shower. We stayed in the room closest to the front desk so it got loud around 6am. I’m sure a different room would have been better.

run down. the pillows were cut on half and little uncomfortable pillows. very old.

Location
No breakfast, terrible bed and pillows, smelly bathrooms. Not one good night sleep

Close to Huntington Beach Main Street and pier.
Property was undergoing renovations and some facilities were not available incl. pool and gym. Security was an issue with builders entering via a rear lane access door and stairwell close to our room.
This hotel is part of Best Western which is not obvious during the online booking process.

The location is great - opposite the beach and within walking distance to the town.
I was not informed about the major renovations taking place at the property, which meant most of the facilities were unavailable. In addition, I arrived at 2.20pm, and waited for 10 - 15minutes before somebody came to the front desk. Without an apology for the wait, I was told the room was not available until 3pm. That would have been OK, as that is the hotel policy, but when I said I would just wait, I was told by the guy on recpetion that he didn't like people waiting in the lobby. As I was new to the area, and had just driven 3hours, I found this quite an unfriendly way to treat guests - I didn't know where to go!

The view from the balcony of the suite room which we had was the only good thing. There is not anymore, seriously the only good thing.
What could have been better, the price, the room, the bed, the cleanliness, should not have to smell marijuana 24/7, did not have breakfast. They gave you a granola bar, muffin, and a bottle of water for $300.00 a night. Have to pay to park. The majority of staff seem like they are stoned, no help what so ever.

dump. nothing.
everything. dump. cracks in walls. TV didn’t work. parcel board furniture chipped. carpet in rooms badly run down. Not a good experience.

Wife has COPD , cant walk much due to breathing issues. Asked for a room near elevator so she could limit her walking. was told couldnt do it, all booked. we were put in room furthest from elevators. this was a hardship and greatly limited our stay. Hospitality was lacking, would not stay ther again.

The advertised rooftop Jacuzzi was the water and to make things even worse I paid extra for a suite which had a Jacuzzi tub which was not working either. I called management and spoke again in the morning to management and nothing was done in terms of repairing the Jacuzzi, relocating, etc. no offer of compensation

Location is great.
Poor maintenance and smelly water from bathroom faucet.

Parking was $15 a night. Our coffee packets in the room were moldy, there was beach sand in our tub. Breakfast was grab and go and consisted of nothing but sugar!
They also charge $100 for a deposit

great location
1. Continental breakfast was shown on website showing various hot and cold foods available. Did receive a paper sack with a pack of 2 small muffins, apple and a bottle of water. False advertising.
2. Last year we stayed there and was told that they were remodeling. This year they are still saying that they are remodeling but no difference is noticeable.
3. The spa on roof is being removed so no pool or spa available either.
4. We called in to ask questions before arriving and received no phone being answered in the evening hours. Called again the next morning and the hotel personnel was very condescending.
