I was arriving really late at the first night and, as i didn't have phone signal on the way, i really worried about not able to get into the room upon arrival but I found the envelope with my name on the reception door which made my late check-in a smooth one.
The room is clean and warmed up before my arrival and i would say the view of my patio was amazing and it has a panorama view of the yellow stone river.
The location is also another feature that i want to mention. It is just few minutes walk to the north gate area of the yellow stone park and it has easy access to cafe, restaurants and gift shops within the village. I found a free charger provided by Yellow Stone Forever and it is only 500 meters away and i can have my tesla charged for the night and pick it up in the morning with only 8 minutes walk.
I was not expecting the room to be like a luxury one with paying approximately $300 CAD per night as it was still the peak season in yellow stone and the stay really worth the money as i saved a lot of time to have access to the parks in two days.

Easy checkin
The room smelled of strong perfumes from cleaning products. It was overwhelming.

Quiet, clean and close to all the essentials within Gardiner.
Parking lot extremely icy. Seems like sand or something could have been spread for traction. I did see one employee using it on Monday morning to create a little path for himself to walk on.

We arrived very late and the manager left the keys in an envelope for us. The next morning we went to discover the little balcony overlooking the river. Our 5 year old granddaughter loved crossing from their balcony to ours.

Great location, good sized room, friendly staff.
Lodge could have been improved with access to a laundry, and having a toaster in the room.

Great view and location! Room had a little porch to sit on (shame it was too cold outside to use). Room was clean and had plenty of towels. Couldn't really hear other guest's in their rooms.. Hopefully they can hang on after the awful flooding.
Parking was a bit tight. Wi-Fi was painfully slow, but that's more Quest's fault than theirs.

Location
Mattresses needed turning. Heat/air very noisy. Poor lighting in kitchen. Bowls supplied too shallow we had to buy bowls for cereal! Air freshener in hall so strong we held our breath when we came in to get to room!

Room was clean. Very near the park. A good value given its location. We would stay there again.
