It was quiet. The air conditioner worked well.
The toilet and shower both looked like they weren't cleaned at all. The mattress was hard and looked filter. The pillows smelled sweaty and like body odor. Terrible stay.

Nothing.
Rooms were dirty, vagrants outside trying to sell shoes/prostitution.

Actually nothing. This was probably the poorest (in cleanliness) that I have even experienced. Disappointing that I am spending almost $100 and the bathroom was dirty, the tube was dirty. I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean the room myself. Disappointing.

Bed was comfortable. Generally quiet. Front desk people were nice and accommodating.
There was suppose to be WiFi, but could never get on long. It kept going out. Housekeeping stopped cleaning the room once they figured out you were there for a long period of time. They would exchange towels and empty the trash. As there was no carpeting in the rooms it would have been nice if the floors were swept daily.

The staff during the day was excellent and very sweet.
Everything else except day staff being nice was ridiculous. Place was disgusting. Just to start, the bathroom had mold, not wiped down from precious guest in shower, floor not swept and walls were dirty. The toilet paper holder didn't even have a toilet paper tube to hold the toilet paper, it was just put on the toilet. I had to go to the store and buy cleaner with bleach.
Both nights we had a party above us. Front desk said we could move but the only place was still by the party. They told me they asked them to stop multiple times and supposedly called police (never came) and all guests were complaining. I ended up having to have police come out when beer bottles started falling at my door. I had 2 babies with me and it was 2am before they were stopped by police the second night that suprisingly showed when actually called by me. The paperwork given to us stated no parties and feel overnight staff should be better equipped to call police and also kick them out. Two nights of no sleep with my 2 and 3 year old. Why did I have to walk on glass and carry my children who didn't sleep all night out of my paid hotel room? I am beyond upset. I guess you get what you pay for but will NEVER return.

The "breakfast" was a brown paper bag with 2 pieces of fruit in it
Cleanliness was an issue. The hotel is old and there were few improvements. They need to install better shower/tubs as the grout was stained and tiles were not clean. I was grateful the floor was not carpet. Light shown from all around the door and the locks were in need of replacement. The lamps were torn, the curtains were torn.

1st room was dirty so they put us in a new room. It was also dirty, hair in the floor, dirt in the tub, fitted sheets were dirty and the cleaning people just turned them inside out and put them back on, made the beds back up (hair included), roach crawled out of the sink drain, towels were visibly dirty. When I requested clean sheets I was told they had none. The “breakfast” was 2 packs of doughnuts, a chewy chocolate granola bar, and a crunchy granola bar.
