My 1 night stay was good . Hotel was decent . Every time I come to Dublin I stay at this hotel

Location was convenient for where I was going . Staff was very professional and nice

Mixed review

Guest services was very attentive when we checked in. The hotel is very convenient for us as we have family in the area.

The room had an odd smell. Did not seem as clean as other times when we stayed.

The Internet was out. I tried to check out and have my credit card reimbursed. They refused it took something like four days to get the money returned to my credit card. I don’t appreciate them using my money for free for four days. I will never stayed another Fairfield Inn

Passable

The heating system was horrible; in that it took hours to warm the rooms. I truly believe, it dealt with temps being below 20. All the rooms seem to be having those problems. Front desk was made aware AND I appreciate the response to my concerns. Thanks, so much.

Modern Charm in Dublin

Location Modern style Friendly staff Nice spacious room

Could smell cigarettes or strong odor in the building Paper thin walls. The room next to us left the TV on all night and we had a hard time sleeping.

Refrigerator was not on and we didn't realize that until it was too late. Lost fruit.

I loved the staff!! very friendly and accommodating!

My room was the king suite and it was nice. However, it had a really weird/not pleasant smell and the room itself felt awfully damp. Almost as if there was too much moisture in the air.

disappointing this time around

The staff is always very friendly and the location is ideal

I usually stay at this hotel every time I visit Dublin and have a good experience; but this last visit the room wasn’t very clean and the rug was vacuumed well. there no snow soap in the bathrooms and when I asked they said they just didn’t have any. the breakfast was almost nonexistent and the coffee was cold! when I asked if coffee could be made fresh, the answer was no. my bad my room smelled of smoke, the microwave didn’t work properly and there’s so much ice in the mini fridge I couldn’t put anything in it. when I expressed all my to the front desk all I got was thank you for your feedback
