Great location
Woken 6am by traffic and room very cold due to temporary air on left in room which meant lower outside temperature got in .
Breakfast super lazy help yourself and poor quality.

Large room and very clean
The continental breakfast was not that great. I have had many continental breakfasts in many hotels and this one was poor. For the room rates they charge it needs to be upgraded.

Great location, nice staff, clean rooms. Restaurant was also good! Would stay here again!
AC was a wall unit that was very unpredictable. Either ran all night (super loud!) or shut down and room was really hot. Also the breakfast was very minimal, would call it more of a snack.

The property was clean and well kept. The staff were courteous. We loved sitting on the porch in the Adirondack chairs. It was a great location, walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. We didn’t use our car at all during our stay. We walked everywhere and we also really enjoyed using the bikes. We rode all the way to the Bush compound. The scenery is incredible and I especially enjoyed riding up and down all the side streets to look at the both the historic and newer homes.
The rooms and bathrooms are small and the air conditioner was very loud.

Extremely central location. Clean and gorgeous. Fantastic staff, both friendly and helpful. On site parking also.

We loved this boutique hotel! the deco, the location, the size of the room, the amazing staff ( Nico who welcomed us was brilliant!), nice continental breakfast, my favourite toiletries brand even!!
Everything was great. You can say that the bathroom vs the size of the room is small however this has been the case in every single hotel we stayed in this holiday in the US.

lovely property, right near the centre of the town, so close to everything. Staff were lovely and helpful.
rooms are a little dated and housekeeping wasn’t very thorough when cleaning. I’m not sure the room had been successfully vacuumed recently.

Liked the comfort most of all. Nicely decorated. Close proximity to everything.
Breakfast offering lacked some compared to other lesser priced stays.

Location and the staff
The value for my money.
The continental breakfast was pretty poor for what we were paying. It advertised breakfast was included so for 500 + night I expected a hot meal.
Failing that a more robust continental one

Location was excellent and we liked the ambience of the bar in the evening
Continental breakfast was very limited (no fresh milk for coffee) and the second room we stayed in was small with inadequate seating.

Location was good
Everything else. Not as advertised. Did not mention that restaurant and bar were not operating on Monday or Tuesday.

Located in the center of the town's hustle and bustle, Kennebunkport Inn dazzled us for the duration of our stay. With its friendly and helpful staff, comfortable and cozy decor, and lit-up patio overlooking the water, we wish we could've stayed longer!
Truly not a thing I could think of. It was a perfect stay for us.

great location. in kennebunkport near all the shopping and restaurants. great beaches a short drive away.
breakfast left a lot to be desired. the bed was very uncomfortable with a pretty terrible mattress.

If you are coming to Kennebunkport to experience the restaurants, shopping and art, the hotel is literally in the middle of it all. The on-site restaurant is nice as is the porch and patio. As part of KRC, you can borrow kayaks at the Kennebunkport Marina next to the Yachtsman’s Marina.
The photos and descriptions are misleading and the service was poor. Our King room was tiny and dark. The included breakfast consisted of coffee; and a selection of sugary packaged goods; and juice. Water was not available. The hotel suspended ALL housekeeping, but didn’t let us know when we checked in. It was disconcerting to return to the room and find that towels, water and coffee hadn’t been refreshed and trash hadn’t been emptied and to be told that those services were not available.

the charm, location, and bar/restaurant were great! Staff shoutout to Marco! he helped us so much with our bags and made sure we were all set with our stay! This was a wonderful touch since we were traveling with our 10 month old daughter. Everyone at the property was amazing — will stay again!!
No elevator which didn’t bother us but would make it hard to travel with our older relatives if we wanted to!

There was a hiccup with the type of room we booked. Online it said there would be a patio. When we got there, we were on the third floor.
But, 15 minutes later, everything was taken care of. We were moved to a property a few minutes down the road, with a patio.
Our 3 year old is loving it! Thank you to the great receptionist and the Inn’s management for making our holiday amazing!
Breakfast was decent. Perhaps our expectations were too high. It’s perfect for a quick bite to get you going, but hard to hold you over for awhile.

The Inn is adorable and the location can't be beat. Restaurants, shops are just steps away.
Would have liked the bar to be more stocked and open later. We were there slightly off season.

My room was next to the dumpster and back door to the kitchen. I was awaken three times at 4 , 5 and 6am by delivery/garbage trucks.
Will only stay there if given a different room.
