Overall a great convenient place!! Definitely will stay agsin!!

The hot breakfast was great, room was very spacious and had what we needed. Bed was uncomfortable but who cares since you spend such little time in it.

When we first got there my kiddo spilled a cup of water on the floor so I grabbed a white towel from the bathroom to clean it up...the towel was black when I was done, so they definitely didn't mop the floor.

Loved Port Aransas. The hotel was close to beach, shopping, restaurants.

Not only the hotel was great, but Kevin the manager went above the call of duty to make my stay awsome.

Comfortable!!

The location and pool

We are a family of 4 with young kids and we’re placed in the handicap room with a shower only which wasn’t easy during bath time. Otherwise we had a great time!

I will stay there again and recommend

It can be better, the eggs where not good. They were cold. The breakfast area was to small.

The sofa bed broke. I believe a more stable bed will be better.

The rooms are bigger than others with double Queen beds

Our sofa bed was awful. We pulled it out and the blanket was full of long female hairs and I tried to complain but they said they were full and there was no other place to put us and we would have to call in the morning we are only staying one night so When I did complain in the morning the most they could do was give us a 20% discount on our next visit. I would have preferred a 20% refund because I have no idea when I will stay there again or if I will stay there again

Too many dogs and smokers!

The value for your money was excellent.

The other guest were apparently “snow birds” that stay at this hotel for an extended time. Thy were rude and acted as if we were outsiders!

We requested "NO STAIRS" but no downstairs rooms were available. The girl at the check in desk did help us carry some of our things up the stairs.

The young lady that works as a maid was kind enough to save a bag that I had left behind and luckily I had left my car there so we could go riding in the cart on the beach. We had to come back and pick up my car and she happened to be out there and told me that she had saved my bag. She was so honest and so kind to do that I'm not sure that every employee would have done that. The condo is clean and very Spacey. I would definitely continue to stay there. I recommend it to everyone. The customer service is wonderful.

Continental breakfast could use a little changing the age where two watery and tasted terrible but for the most part it was just a continental breakfast.

ALL staff was very friendly! The complimentary breakfast was good for a quick bite. I would recommend the Plantation.It was the first time I brought my dog to the beach and he loved it. Thank you , we enjoyed ourselves!.

Our stay was very nice and relaxing. We look forward to coming back in the future.

The rooms were nice and clean. The breakfast was ample and satisfying. Our rooms were next to each other as requested.

It would be really nice if there was an elevator going up to the 2nd floor.

My family and I absolutely love the heated pool and hot tub! The breakfast is also great. The coffee was watered down but the staff did make a new batch. Friendly staff and affordable stay. This was our second time here and we'll definitely be back again!

for the money not what was expected...VRBO was $50 more and would not have had the noise

Front desk staff was polite and nice. Front Lobby was clean and neat. Room was clean upon arrival.

Too many "party people" at the hotel Friday night... running around and playing guitar music until 2am and had total disregard to us in our room... they were drinking and playing music right outside our room....
