It is a nice hotel with nice staff, but some things needed checked.

It was close to town and beach. Breakfast had lot of choices, but the hot breakfast needed improvement.

The pool area is not secure. When we went to use the pool and hot tub the gate was wide open. The pool is open to parking lot so any one off the street could use it including children from around the area. Looks like accident waiting to happen. Also, had to change rooms because shower door was broke and so was bathroom sink faucet.

Clean and the Breakfast was good.

We did not have any Hand Soap, Shower Gel or Kleenex. I called front desk to see if they would bring it to our room and she said I could come down and get it, because no one else was there to bring it to our room. Inconvenient, because I was going to shower and had to get redressed and go down. Housekeeping needs to check these things.

Was good and will most likely return.

Accommodations made in direct accordance for visitors obviously, however this specific hotel staff was very friendly and seemed to have “love” for their visitors. Rooms were clean and comfy. Cool little pool/hot tub area. Great for an easy day with kids if you dont want to be on the beach.

El tamaño de la habitación para una familia de 5 fue excelente, muy cómodo y limpio, el desayuno fue muy bueno hubo opciones variadas. El café en la recepción disponible a cualquier hora es muy bueno.

La piscina es pequeña pero limpia y segura, el jacuzzi tenía una temperatura insoportable para mi gusto demasiado caliente.

It was not comfortable or great stay at all

The location was about all i liked about it the property

The bathroom was dirty, there was blood stains on both beds on the sheets, and no housekeeping the 2 days we stayed there . The fridge in the room was not working and more. We slept on the floor on our own blankets cause we did not want to sleep on the beds with blood stains. I requested a refund but no luck

We LOVED it!

The lady that worked 3:00-11:00 pm was awesome! She helped us so much with information and went out of her way to make sure we had everything we needed. The man in the morning at 5:00 am was very helpful also, especially making sure I had my coffee.😻I didn’t interact with the lady in the daytime, but she was nice when we checked out!

The strange way the room was set up, with the TV where it was, table in middle of room, etc. The horrible syrup with breakfast! Get some good maple syrup and it would be so much better.

Worked perfect for us

Breakfast was great! We accidentally left some belongings behind and Margaret at the front desk was exceptional and helping us get our items back. We receive them in one day great great great service from the front desk..!!!

Disappointing

the elevator was broken and so loud everytime you went up or down. eventually we ended up taking just the stairs due to the fear of it being broken. and when we told a worker about it they just said yeah we know and laughed and walked away

Beds were very comfortable. Room size was nice and big.

The swimming pool wasn't clean and had algae. The pump wasn't running. Both nights we stayed it did not get fixed. We let the front desk know the first night but it was the same the next day. Big disappointment.

Break fast is so good. many options and the staff serves immediately. Room is spacious and clean. Staff are helpful and friendly. Location is good. close to beach and ferry

nothing. only the breakfast milk refills slow and our kids couldn’t have milk. suggest to offer individual milk packs
