Room was nice and beds comfortable. Great location right on beach.
The shower was the worst one we've had in 50 years of going to wildwoods. We've stayed in at least 30 or more hotels and condo from Cape May to N. Wildwood. If there was any less pressure you would have to squeeze pipe to get water. Also last day the pressure difference between hot and cold water, made it almost impossible to get water that wasn't scalding. Room 217

Being walkable and and beachfront was a real plus. Studio was well designed and had everything we needed.
Staff was extremely helpful and accomodating and responded so quickly to questions and requests.
I have no items to list - I liked everything.

I liked how close it was to the beach, and that the pool was heated. parking was great. It is away from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk. It was a short 3 minute walk to be sitting on the beach.
4.2
Close to the beach
Pool too warm and air conditioning could of been cooler.

I love Wildwood Nj
Did not receive what I paid for, was not given the room that I was told and when I went to the front desk I was met with ignorance and dismissed by the girl that worked there. I would not recommend just on the basis of the ignorance I experienced from the girl working there.

Room was very nice and clean. Great location right near the beach.
House keeping did not come every day like we asked.
4.2
Clean and close to the beach
Indoor Parking spots are tight

The motel is beautiful and has a nice view of the ocean. Pool was nice. Rooms were very comfortable. Wifi signal was very strong..even at the pool.
We booked through booking and asked for an additional night. They said they had no rooms available but after we booked a room at another motel the vacancy sign was still on and the staff was uninterested in finding us availability.
4.2
Cleanliness, close to beach. Heated pool. Grill available
No coffee in room or filters for coffee pot, no hand towels. We had 2 clocks that did not work.

it’s OK
doors were broken

Loved the view and the balcony. The room was clean and comfortable. Plenty of supplies were provided and we felt at home.
Fruit flies everywhere. Drain in the bathroom had to be removed to have the water go down. Not bad, just annoying.

close to beach
some noise from other folks at night

The room was adorable. Plenty of space, more than I needed but I was happy to have such a great room. I loved the little homey touches that made it feel very welcoming. I especially loved the view. If you don't mind driving a slight bit to get to the boardwalk walk and the activity of Wildwood, then the location is perfect. The beach is right there, perfect for sunrise/sunset walks. The hotel is also perfectly placed between Wildwood and Cape May, away from most of the hubbub but all within reach. It was perfect for me.
I felt the price was on the high end but everything was so nice I do feel it was worth it. At least for me and my stay. I wouldn't be able to afford more than a few nights but that suited my needs just fine. After looking at the cost of other motels in the area and what they have to offer, Acacia is comparable.
The parking left something to be desired as the spots were tight and awkward. It seemed to be that they were trying to make the most of their available space. A minor complaint but it was annoying trying to maneuver my car.
4.2
Location, amenities, cleanliness, friendly staff
Tight parking, concrete pillars restrict some parking spaces.

Nice location, down the most quiet end of the Crest.
I am a busy healthcare professional who needed to get away, alone, for a few days between long, stressful shifts at the hospital. I was enjoying myself until after my first night I was awaken from a restful sleep by loud pounding on the door. I was the General Manager who told me that someone apparently complained about me “playing loud music” and “having a party” — neither of which were true. I was by myself the entire time and had no music or “party” on a Tuesday night. The night in reference, I ordered dinner from a local restaurant, ate it in my room (ALONE), read a book, and went to bed. I tried explaining to the GM that whoever complained must have the wrong room, but it was pretty obvious he did not believe me, and I was not in the mood to engage in an argument with this man. After that strange encounter, I went to the Vegas Diner and had breakfast by myself. While having breakfast, I got called into work for 7 PM that evening, so I had to cut my little getaway short. After breakfast (around 12 PM), I went back to the room, packed up, and left. Drove 2 hours back home, arrived home about 2 PM. At 4:30 PM an unknown caller rang my cell phone. Since I did not recognize the caller (a 267 area code) I did not pick up. Next I saw there was a voicemail message from that caller. I checked the message and it was John, the General Manager. In the message which I still have saved, he said “I’m trying to be patient with you but you need to stop smoking the weed” and then he threatened me with a fine. WHAT????? I called him back, very irritated at this point, and told him that whoever in that hotel has it in for me needs to cut it out. I haven’t interacted with a single person at the hotel since the moment I checked-in. and further, I do not drink (or “party”) and I’ve never smoked a day in my life, let alone smoking pot! Then when I told him to go check my room because I haven’t even been in the room for the past 4.
