The air conditioning unit was deafening during the night. I actually thought there was construction outside our room. The shower drain was not flowing properly and filled up the tub during showering. The proximity of the room to people sitting outside eating at communal tables was much too close.

It was a close walk to the ocean.
There was not a hospitality room to change for our travel home after spending time on the beach our last day.

Beautiful ocean view! The management went above and beyond for our anniversary!

The location was great as it was beach front, but it was a bit out of the way as compared to many of the beach front hotels on the crest.
The room had the worst odor. It smelled incredibly musty and the room was terribly dated. It had old carpeting, the most uncomfortable beds and pillows (something I’ve never complained about before this stay) and a couch that was basically plastic in material. There was a skunk that was hit in front of the hotel and was moved under the hotel awning which was pretty gross when we left to walk for a coffee. Lastly, the pool was closed Saturday afternoon which was a bummer for our kids.

The cleanliness of the rooms. The ocean front room was the best

The set up of the efficiency room is great. Spacious and convenient for eating in. Easy access to the beach. Great pool area and decks for relaxing.
The beds were very hard and could be updated or a topper added. The shower curtain liner needed to be changed out.

Location.
Facilities, and rate charge was too much high, I found the actual rate @ this motel is 50% of what I paid to Booking.com.
Its huge over charge.

Tha location
They don't have restaurant, and most places around was closed

We enjoyed being so close to Cape May for less investment and being right on the beach. Having a small kitchen was a bonus for doing things at our room. The outside seating was very nice for the view as well as eating outside.
The parking was about the tightest spaces I have ever seen. I know they were full and each spot was at a premium. Some minor issues, but nothing that would keep us from staying again. We were surprised we were asked to give $20 cash for a deposit. First I ever had to do that in many years of staying places. As soon as I gave my keys back, I was given the cash back.

The pool was nice and rooms clean
I thought we paid for a ocean view
And called to make sure
When we got there apparently a sea view does not mean ocean view
