Beautiful historical building clean all the way around inside and out. The staff was amazing! Just a nice change from the typical hotel. A must stay if in the area.
I know the restaurant is not ran by the hotel unfortunately I would never recommend it even to an enemy it was that bad. I just hope people don’t judge the hotel because of the slop they serve. Awesome restaurants a block away at the downtown square.

It was great as a whole.
Way to much noise. Definitely need to retro fit the walls with insulation to soundproof the rooms more.

Amazing historic hotel in the heart of downtown Harrison. The Building exterior and lobby have been wonderfully kept up in what appears to be their original condition. The staff was very helpful and friendly, appears to be a family run endeavor.
I was disappointed to find that the "buffalo River King suite with balcony" was in a wing of the hotel constructed in the 70's. The mini-split A/C units needed cleaning and one of them was quite noisy. The bathrooms look to have been remodeled in the mid to late 90's... too bad some of the historic character has not been maintained, that or having them be fully modernized would have been better. The restaurant and bar, which had good reviews, were not open on a Friday evening.

We liked it because its historical. The people are very friendly and it was clean
We had trouble getting it Warm. The TV was hard to figure out. We have a regular TV and we finally gave up till morning. It is where we always stayed visiting our son. 4 times. My husband said not again find a new spot.

it was such a unique stay
our air was out in our room.

The vibe is really cool. you can feel yourself stepping back to the day when it was new, except modern conveniences are included.
Heat/ac unit in my room hummed a little loud. Bearings going out. just a small maintenance issue. no big deal

Very wonderful staff and very clean room. Beautifully decorated. Made you feel like you had stepped back in time. Would highly recommend over the other hotels in town. And priced better too!
My stay want longer. Just got the room for the night because of the weather. But definitely gonna stay here again.

The hotel has real character, so much more so than the anonymous hotels/motels I'd been using on my trip to that point. The interior is beautiful, with lovely murals and the place exuded a real charm. I loved it.
A fridge in the room would have been nice, and the breakfast was pretty spartan. Other than that, all splendid.

Very quiet
Room was small

It was very quaint old era charm. Bathroom was small but the shower was fantastic.
The dining room and bar were not open.

The reception has some character.
TV was up to date.
Tiny rooms with no windows.
Lifts didn't work.
Although it said they provide breakfast, they don't.
Bar wasn't open...and hasn't been for some time.
Looks like they have given up, but won't admit it.

historical charm, clean
breakfast could be improved significantly

front desk staff was friendly and efficient
walls crumbling, towels threadbare, not ADA friendly

Location. Covered parking.
Very low water pressure. An excessive amount of street noise. The restaurant was closed and having a restaurant was a deciding factor for this motel. Bed was semi soft.

Very, very minimal. Only packaged muffins or fig bars. Only coffee to drink.
Rooms are very small. Bathroom is very small. Bed was very comfortable. Elevator very small and door vibrated as you went up and down. The breakfast should definitely be expanded. This is no place to sit and eat breakfast except to take it back up to your room. If you don’t drink coffee, which my friend doesn’t, you had no beverage options. Juice would have been a nice addition.

Staff was very friendly and the room was nice and clean, but small.
Location wasn't the best. Walls are extremely thin. You could hear everything. The people next to use we could hear there full conversation. Bed wasn't convertible at all. The room was very small. For the money I figured the room would be much larger.

Both woke up with sore backs from the beds.

Location was good.
This was the worst. The sheets smelled musty, bed was extremely hard as were the pillows. Towels were completely worn out. There was a tick in our bed and loose medication on the floor...not ours!

We went out for breakfast.
More comfortable sofa to sit on
