It suck.

Free parking.

No curtains in the room. Go to get ice and the woman from the front desk stood there and watch me. I will not be standing there again and I come Thur ther every month.

Very poor

The bathroom sink was clogged. When I informed the staff I didn't get much of a response. No offer to change rooms or fix the problem. Mold in shower. The mirror in room was broken. Definitely not worth the price paid.

Great location, quiet, clean room, comfortable bed, and affordable!

The location was awesome! Close to so many different restaurants and the movie theater, easy access to the freeway (without the noise). Beds were very comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet! Staff was great! Breakfast was good! Very pleased with our stay! They are making renovations, but did their best to limit effects on customers. Since there's no elevator, if you have issues walking upstairs, you need to consider a room on the main floor. We would definitely return, if we were in the area!

Breakfast was served later than stated, but it didn't make a difference with our getting to our planned appointment. Food was hot and good!

Unless they invest in "cleaning" thoroughly, I would avoid this place.

Liked the convenient location.

Bathroom floor filthy, hair all over floor, piece of food stuck on sink, mold all around tub. Did not use as I was disgusted! Shocked to find man's dirty underwear in dresser drawer. Bedside table filthy and door chain hook broken off. Desk attendant couldn't understand English.

I would stay again if in the area.

I found the bed comfortable and the room had some updates done to it...the air conditioner worked well but was rather loud. There were also some other guests in the hallway making a lot of noise late into the night.

The hotel could not find my booking reservation when I checked in...I had only made it 15 mins prior to my arrival but they couldn't find it. The desk clerk just sorta looked at me like there was nothing she could do. Being it was midnight, I asked if they had rooms so I just paid for a second room and went to sleep. Booking was contacted the following day and refunded me by that afternoon. Long story longer, it was a bit of a challenge to get checked in but it all worked out...sounds like traveling to me!

The live in night auditor was absolutely amazing. Great customer service, friendly and sweet. Fast and efficient at her job.

The bedding wasn't very clean, there were stains on both comforters, hairs and black specks in the sheets. The pillows were so small they looked like throw pillows for a couch. The remote cover wouldn't stay on. the bathroom just wasn't clean at all and the air conditioner was extremely loud. It was also extremely loud in general you could hear every step above us and outside our door, people's tvs were also very loud and you could hear every conversation going on around us.

We had to leav before breakfast was served. The edge of the bathroom floor was dirty and around the edge of shower too. There was something on the light switch to the bathroom, not sure what it was, but cleaned with a wash rag myself. Room was no smoking. There was a cigarette burn hole in the top cover

Pleasant

The stay was pleasant overall. The rooms smelled clean. The check in staff were pleasant.

There was an altercation in the hallway on saturday morning some arguing that was pretty scary.

We came, We Slept, We Left.

Fully uneventful--Just what we wanted. We had a nice quiet sleep.

A continental breakfast would be nice, but Hy-Vee, Walmart and a stack of other stores and restaurants were nearby.

They said they had breakfast, they did not. No coffee made for us in the morning!! No staff, unless you called by the phone in the lobby!!
