We liked the hot tub and the proximity to the parking lot.
Parking lot is very small, lots of construction workers stay here and the things they are talking about would not make people in the LGBTQ community feel safe. Not the hotels fault, but was gross.

GF liked the breakfast. I'm not a brkfst person. Bed was comfortable....
Nats & flies all over the room. TV channels did not all work (no signal). Toilet seat was broken... a loose nut.

The staff was great! I expected nicer rooms, the fan in the bathroom didn’t work, but everything else was functional, just dated.
The fan in the bathroom needs to be fixed.
The waffle maker was or of order!

Good breakfast. Nice rooms.
You have to request housekeeping service, which we did -- but never received it. Had to get our own towels from the front desk. Ran out of toilet paper and kleenex. Trash piled up in room.

Good location
Mattresses in two rooms were squeaking. Weird noises from heating…after changing rooms, lock was broken on on outside door… facility seems a little rundown

everything, clean, comfortable, and everything else too

Location was convenient. It was very close to the freeway on/off ramps, but not too noisy from traffic. There was also fast food and convenience stores w/in walking distance that stayed open late or 24 hours.
Hot breakfast choices were slim. Over 4 days, we were served eggs, sausage and potatoes every day. It would have been nice to have some bacon, or ham or something besides sausage at least once. There were however varieties of toast, yogurt and cereal which helped to break up the monotony.

location
light outside near our room was too bright and shined in our room.
6.0
the location to where we needed to be
the breakfast had limited choices and slightly undercooked foods, hard bed, out of order pool and hot tube, ice machine didn’t work and heater in room didn’t work right.

The breakfast is not good, and they charged us for the room twice.

The room was super clean and quiet. Great location too.
Breakfast was great. I don't eat a lot for breakfast but I had apples, yogurt and tea. They had other choices for people that like bigger breakfast, like eggs, waffles, breads etc.
Staff was super friendly too and the price was super reasonable.
It was cold in Scotts Valley. I turned on the heated but before the heated kicked in, I felt a super cold air. I don't know if it's just that the air outside was cold. But the heater was working. I would definitely stay there again.

Location was good.
Neighbors and their squeaky door were super noisy. Dogs cost $30 ea per night, which is a little.. Parking spots were too narrow and too short for my truck. Also, there were no spots in front of my room.

great location for airport shuttle pickup.
couldn’t park near room. for example I was in room 111 and had to park in the front lot. it was pouring rain and a full lot. To get to the walkway in front of rooms I got soaked. And then there were a few steps up to the section where my room was. I had 2 very heavy pieces of luggage and this was difficult.

Great location, near freeway and restaurants. Breakfast great.
Pool and hot tub closed. Parking lot was small.

The front desk staff was super nice and the rooms were sparkling clean (thank to the housekeepers).
The fridge was on max but still was slightly cool. The shades do not cover the windows completely, you can kind of see through.
