Next trip to Cody we will definitely get rooms elsewhere

Not enough pillows , no phone in one of rooms.one of rooms was skipped by housekeeping. rooms need to be refurbished. wifi was very poor

It was great, very relaxing, quiet and I got lots of sleep!

This was a prime location for me and it was very quiet. It was a great stay as I used to live in the area and know how expensive it can be. I even stayed an extra day.

You could add a railing on the front steps to the reception desk.

Great price and staff is a very hard worker that needs to be rewarded for all he does there

Outside landscaping was awful. If the owners would take more pride and have the trash picked up plant some grass and maybe a play area for children.fence needs a total redo. The bathrooms need to be remodeled

Steep price for what was not provided. Wifi was not constant, bathroom light didn't work, shower mat was mildew, shower window was stuck, dusty and in need of paint.

It served its purpose.

The location for Yellowstone and everything in Cody.

When we first arrived, the manager/owner came walking from outside towards us and the first thing he noticed was our dog and says we don’t allow pets. I explained to him that he was my husbands, who is a disabled Veteran, ADA certified service dog and that I had emailed the facility twice before arrival to make them aware and received no response. He then asked what he was trained for in a rhetorical manner. And then proceeded to let me know that a cleaning fee would be charged if our dog made any damages. The room was very outdated as you can see in the pictures I posted of the stained furniture which was like that on our arrival. The WiFi would never connect(see picture attached) We were told we could get breakfast but the 1st morning we tried, the worker said he had broken the key in the door and couldn’t get in the office. The 2nd morning no one was around when we left at 6:30am. The room served its purpose for what we needed but is way overpriced for such an outdated establishment.

Good location, comfy bed, friendly staff

Breakfast could use some toast,bagels or such with butter and jelly. Maybe do it yourself waffles?

The room didn’t feel clean and when I wiped it down with a sanitizing wipe it came back dirty.

No wifi in the room. We waked up the staff at 7:45 am to prepare breakfast.

Very poor breakfast.They returned back some guest due to not enough breakfast

Staff was traying to be helpfull.

Bed was comfortable. Quiet.

Very dated. Limited hot water. Very small tight room. Limited housekeeping. Had to ask to get clean towels. Took out my own trash from a small single trash can.

Okay but quite expensive, which is typical for anything relatively close to Yellowstone Park.

Breakfast is very primitive. Room had some issues that needed repairs. Bathtub is less than desirable.

If the price was better, we would stay again.

Pricey, no breakfast. In other places we stayed this trip we were given anywhere from a sack breakfast to a full small buffet with microwaveable food. We appreciated their effort during COVID-19.
