Beautiful and very comfortable room! Perfect location for my needs.

Prompt phone contact with manager to answer questions. Cleanliness of room. Historical period furnishings with fresh updates. Microwave, coffee maker and refrigerator in the room. Light and bright. Easy check-in and no check-out. Location.
Over time brighten/restore stairwells and stair case. Such an interesting part of the structure.

location is outstanding, room was crisp and clean and the high ceilings made it feel extra roomy
no one cleaned and made up our room while we were there. I am not sure if this is their policy or if it was simply an oversight

This location, the property and my room were all incredible. I sent pictures to friends and got responses like "It look's like Paris". The décor, the amenities and the furnishings were so tastefully done. the property and the room were a vacation in themselves. The location - there is so much in walking distance to get the true "hilly vibe. A week wouldn't give you time to try all the restaurants you'd want to try!
The one drawback is parking can be challenging and I was forewarned by the staff before I arrived. For me, I drive a truck and it doesn't fit in many of the local garages (6'6" clearance) but if you have a car, this will not be an issue, part of the fun of every city is deciphering their "Parking Signs" - lol!! and I managed to find a spot and never moved it again :)

location, quaint, cute. Staff was responsive when we called with needs.
there was no hair dryer, no filters to go with the coffee pot and coffee that were there, and no cereal bowls (although there were other dishes, mugs, etc.).

The bed was super comfortable and the room had lots of charm. It is walkable to many restaurants in the city. We would definitely recommend staying here. The door codes were easy to use instead of a key!

Getting in and out was so simple with the passcodes on the doors, and our suite was decorated so fun with antiques and unique artwork! The location was perfect and if it hadn’t been raining all weekend-we could have walked to practically everything we wanted to do. We had one of the suites on the top floor (which the stairs were a doozy) but it stayed nice and cool in the heat and we had more space than we knew what to do with!
The only downfall was having to pay for parking (or move the car frequently to avoid tickets), but being in the middle of the city-the same is true anywhere in this area.

We had a whole kitchen in our room! The coolest part of the place was all the really old decorative items. We spent like 2 hours just finding random super old antiques in the apartment. It was a lot of fun. I also like how there is no front desk and you just get into the building and enter your room with a code you're given before arrival. Great place to stay. Would stay here again and recommend to friends/family.

Everything room was big private secluded
4.2
I liked the authenticity of the place, surroundings were nice as well. The room was spacious and there was some equipment like a microwave which was practical. Wholefoods and some other shops are not far. Quiet. Good value for the price.
The bed was a little bit too soft.
