Great Get-Away

Right on the beach. Elevator for easy in/out. Great pet friendly hotel. Clean, cozy. We had a partial view but frankly, we weren't in the room that much. Staff is great.

The bathroom could use an upgrade but we would definitely come back to this hotel.

We will definitely be back!

Our room was amazing! The soaking tub was the best part. Bed was comfortable, it was nice having a fireplace and a vaulted ceiling. Staff was very helpful and friendly!

Everything about this place was fabulous.

It was so welcoming. Upon arrival the fireplace was on and the window shades were up creating a cozy yet breathtaking atmosphere. It was comfortable and well stocked and the restaurant downstairs is superb.

Beautifully decorated and nice lactation. Had names for rooms instead of numbers. Kind and friendly staff who are very helpful

We're placed in pet friendly room when we actually booked non-pet friendly room being placed on a downgraded floor, smaller room, and dirty. Explained to front desk the room placement and they dismissed our issue & really didn't care. The booking.com picture did not correctly represent the room we were placed in. Also room had shower stall in room feet away from the bed. Lastly and unfortunately the carpet in the room was so overly worn and dirty we could not be barefoot due to residue on feet and sock, really gross.

Friendly staff, lovely location. A little loose on execution, but overall a pleasant experience.

Room was clean and quiet, and everything worked.

The hotel couldn't seem to manage to clean our room. We requested room service every day, and got service once. The front desk team also brought fresh towels another day (much appreciated). The hotel leverages overseas youth as room cleaners, and possibly language issues interfered. However, it was frustrating to deal with soggy towels and full trash cans for days at a time.

I proposed to my girlfriend it was a perfect setting The food was wonderful The scenery was wonderful

I had injured my left wrist in a work-related injury and was finally getting over it The bathroom door was so sticky that I wasn't able to get it open with a lot of effort and I'm mildly irritated reinjured my wrist My neck was little stiff from the pillows My girlfriend said the same thing The bed was a little bit hard I would still recommend it to people I need to be more careful with a difficult situation like a sticking door and ask for help

Very nice and quiet -I would like to see a room with an ocean view our room just had a corner view.

Was there for basketball so did not really get to see a lot --- but liked going out the back and being on the sidewalk to the beach or downtown --- I would definitely stay again -- has a little ocean view which I liked.

Very difficult to find the property. only property I stayed at on the coast where windows don’t open and without a balcony so you just end up wondering why you even stay there. windows are not tinted and people can just watch and wave at you with blinds open

4 day stay at seaside oceanfront

The view, bed and access to the beach was great also within walking distance to main strip.

The room and bathroom could use some updates and upgrades but other than that was clean and satisfactory.

Wonderful place to stay for my weekend Seaside visit.

Location is great with a friendly staff. My room was clean and comfortable. The almond lotion, shampoo and conditioner were exceptional. I didn’t use the fireplace but it is a nice touch to the room. The a/c unit kept the room cool when it was 85 degrees in Seaside. Appreciated the in room refrigerator and Kerig coffee maker with a good selection of coffee. My next visit I plan to eat at the on-site restaurant. The menu looked appetizing.

amazing location. comfy bed!

chairs could definitely use a steam clean. quite a lot of large stains on the one didn’t make it too appealing to sit on. would have liked to know ahead that the restaurant would be closed our entire visit due to events as one reason we booked this location was the convenience of somewhere to eat in the hotel.

Bathroom was clean and beds were comfortable.

Didn't have any idea it was not in main building or even know they had rooms in a small building.Old very steep stairs and all rugs were completely covered with stains.Be sure to call them before booking and make sure you are getting a room in the actual hotel.Also only 4 parking spaces for entire hotel.
