Location

2 1/2 hr delay in check in. Who makes their guest wait until 6:30 after traveling. All the windows were falling off the hinges and one almost hit my daughter. Tv's are aged and small. None of the doors and windows locked besides the keypad one. They were all broke or holding on with one hinge. The toilet seats were loose and the jetted tub had particles coming out when turned on.

Nice place but pushy sales

Great room nice BBQ on the balcony for use.

The forced sales pitch as you checked in. In order to get parking pass you had to get through a sales person who tries to sell you other vacations or timeshares.

Nice rooms but feel like I was over charged for a clean fee dur a bonus period where you get free house cleaning.

Having to wait for you to call to get reservations situated was not very professional. I am a business owner myself thats not how successful business is done.

Great weekend getaway!

Very easy! Check in went smooth & was only asked once if we were interested in the timeshare. A simple “no” and we weren’t bothered again!

The location was great. It’s was very well marked as to where to find things.

That I pay a high amount for a cleaning fee and I have to take out my trash and recycling. What exactly is my money for? Then I have to put $100 on hold in case something is damaged.

Great accommodations for our family of 5!

Location was great. Plenty of space, great view and very clean.

Confusion on how to enter property and where to park. We decided to do the sales tour of penthouse which took up way too much of our time ending up being very stressful, because there was much we wanted to do and see while weather was good.

The apartment was big enough, but the cleanliness was VERY disappointing.

Cleanliness of the apartment was poor. It didn't look like the floors had been vacuumed from previous tenant. The kitchen sink, dining table and spoons in the drawer all had a sticky substance on them. There was a bottle of lotion visible under the bed in the King room (I took pictures), the toilets in both bathrooms had black speckles and dust on them. There was not enough toilet paper in either bathroom for 6 people, Not even half a roll was on the spindle in the King bathroom. There were no sanitizing or cleaning products.

Proximity to the beach (across the street), dining (across the street) and convenience store (short walking distance), the heated pool, and the room was large and clean

Paid WiFi (even though the rates were "reasonable") is going backwards in this age of technology. All "modern" vacation locations should provide free WiFi as those that don't use a cellphone would be in the minority, and devices such as tablets and laptops might require WiFi. Timeshare buy-in speech part of check-in process. This is a big turn-off. Information can certainly be made available to those who might be interested, but people should not have to listen through this just to complete check-in.
