The most uncomfortable hotel stay i can recall

Location is very good, parking is close to hotel.

I did not sleep uninterrupted for 3 nights since door and windows are thin and not noise insulated. The room noise reached well over 60-80 decibel at times. Dogs barking from neighbor rooms for hours on end with no resolution other than telling me i can move rooms if i wish. Traffic noise is almost unbearable. The AC in room was 60 decibel plus and noisy people in the corridors. sadly the property is surrounded by what appear to be self many homeless people with substance abuse issues and that made me feel uneasy and unsafe.

Our room was bigger than expected and so comfy!! Great beds, AC units in both rooms, nice kitchen, great location and little to no light in the morning.

expected more; staff is nice, way over priced.

interior is nice, looks refurbished, location is central, parking garage seemingly connected to hotel however there is no agreement for discounted price for guests; why not?

Wi-Fi signal is bad; if YouTube gets frozen and Wi-Fi is not pulling streaming - signal is bad; is signal is bad they why don’t you offer a better one for extra fee? room: supposedly the best -king suite with kitchenette - how come mini refrigerator was not plugged in on guests arrival? why doesn’t it have a freezer? bathroom: shower curtain smelled, water pressure is weak on the 4th floor barely able to take shower…. and the “best” toiletries by Dove: this is a dollar store item. in a room that cost 300/ night? seriously? also, late checkout is allowed to noon; but information is not given to cleaning service, so knocking on the door was before checkout time…. if this was not at premium price I would not mention, but plastic ware ? to sum up, management needs to reflect on guests experience before jacking up prices to 300 per night

Exceptional

There were a few things I didn't like, but nothing major. Overall, it was a very nice hotel, very clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. I would definitely stay again and recommend.

The air in the rooms seemed very dry as if the AC wasn't working very well, and there wasn't an exhaust fan in the bathroom.

Overall it was an excellent experience.

It was very clean and up to date.

Everything was good except the fact they have to put money on hold and it takes so long to give it back. People may need that money for other things. Needs to be returned sooner.

Stay was okay. Clean hotel.

Breakfast prices were very expensive. One example is the bagel with cream cheese, capers, onion prices at $17. About a block away you can find the same meal for $9. Dinner prices for both appetizers and main courses were about 1.5 x the same item prices at other nearby restaurants.

I use a cane when walking. As I needed to go to/from the convention center about three long blocks away, I asked about a shuttle. This hotel could not provide one. No cabs would pick anyone up for a three block trip.

Pleasant but not worth what they charge

Lunch and dinner were great. They have happy hour from 4 to 6pm. Beds were comfortable. Close to convention center.

Breakfast was hot or miss. I mean how do you burn toast. Pool was ok but not the cleanest. No jacuzzi. Room had a funky odor coming from the floor like mildew. I sprayed Lysol then it was fine. A lot of smokers in the building. They used diffusers and air purifiers but you can still smell the smoke. Most not all the front desk staff were rude.

The facility/staff were great

I paid for 2 suites via Booking.com received a phone call day before that suites were not available. And were giving regular rooms and had to purchase an additional room that cost me another 275

Won’t be back

Our first room had an old bottle cap and old Bobby pins on the floor and my sons feet were coMpletely black from walking around barefoot in the room. Our first night we were on the side by a downtown bar. The bass was going strong until closing at 2am. We moved rooms the next day and our second room seemed cleaner. We were shocked at all of the homeless people here, all around the hotel and this downtown area. For a family who came with three small children, this wasn’t a great experience for us.
