Dump! Do NOT book this hotel! Unsafe and dirty!

This hotel is a dump! It is old, dirty, and gross. The TV didn't work in the first room we were given, so we were moved to a room where the door was hard to open and close and wouldn't lock/unlock at one point. It is NOT in a safe area and the other guests were very sketchy. I was definitely afraid we would end up with bed bugs. There were bugs in the room, one was a skinny silver thing, no clue what it was. We checked out a day early because it was SO BAD. ICK! Do NOT take your children or family to this hotel. WAY overpriced for the no-tell motel it actually is. Not safe, not clean!!

Too much money for very little service

100 deposit I don't like. And not enough soap for the price I pay. No free breakfast. No wifi. No swimming pool.

Really Bad customer service

Location

Rude staff, over charged us. And, becareful with the extra charges they tell you not to worry about. Under new management and they do not know how to conduct business. Sheets smelled like they were left damp to dry. Beds were stained and mold in the little fridge. 1 lamp per room. Really small shower.

Good service, at reception. Really nice and clean room. Near at beach.

No soap or shampoo at room. Limited dining options at that area. You need to go with car to other side of bridge.

It was difficult for me to sleep comfortably, I will not be staying again.

The bed wasn’t bad and the rooms did have a fridge and microwave so that was good and convenient.

The rooms were very dirty, there was so much dust on the wooden bed frames and lamps there were fries in the cracks between the bed and night stand and in the 2nd room I had it was INFESTED with roaches. We were able to switch rooms but by then there we had left our things in the room for hours so when we switched rooms there were roaches coming out of the game console AND a roach even fell off of my husband’s hat while we were driving home the next day.

I liked the convenience of being able to walk to the beach. I originally booked this hotel to visit the restaurant fajitaville but unfortunately they have shut down. very spacious the shower pressure is wowza I will give this stay a 10/10.. stay here to be able to walk to the beach !

overall the hotel may not look so great from the outside. I just wish they didn’t have carpet in the rooms because that shower pressure is so good it sprays out to the room even with the barn door closed also it’s so powerful the shower curtain constantly flys around. if you are using the toilet get ready to be in the splash zone if shower in use. The sand is horrible to get off but I will guarantee getting in that shower you will feel like a new person

Good and clea hotel for the price.

Nice facility for the price!

We stayed there two nights, and on the second night, our key stopped working. We had to wait a bit for the guy to open up the lobby to give us a new key. However, he was very nice and apologetic.

You really don't want me to write about what I did not like. The fact that the lamp next to the bed was covered with greasy dust and the wall in the bathroom was never cleaned from the old soap should tell you everything. The whole facility needs a thorough renovation: peeling paint, dirty windows, smelly carpet - ugh! The smell of chemicals immediately triggered my allergies. That was really a very awful experience.. All in all it was a wonderful stay and we will come back.

loved the location and it was very comfortable

the coffee pot was dirty on the inside where the water goes and the was a foot print on the ceiling in the bathroom.

Very nice stay!

We stayed at the Hotel D'Ville because of the location. We were in town visiting my mom for Christmas and she lives up the street a couple of blocks. Our room was very clean. The staff were exceptional! Very friendly and accommodating, Our room was very clean and beds were really comfortable. I also liked that the bathroom had double sinks and was big. This was our second stay. We will definitely stay again.
