Great location, very clean
WiFi service was very poor and there was an ongoing issue with keys not working for us and several other guests

Breakfast was poor quality.
I had noisy neighbors. I couldn't sleep.

breakfast selection was good
I did not like that the price had been greatly increased from normal just because of Homecoming weekend at WCU

The elevator smelled. There was hair in bathroom sink and bed. The bathroom smelled like urine and it looked like someone had slept in the bed. We got a refund and left property.

Cleanest room I have seen in a long time. The handicap shower and high Ned was perfect.
I asked to use a different debit card when I got there from the one I used to hold the room. She said ok but then it still charged the original card that caused me to have overdraft. I gave the new card when I got there but could sort of tell she didn't change it.

The room was too close to the elevator...could hear it run all night

We loved how the hotel was decorated for Christmas. Friendly staff. King room was nice and comfortable.
Well we were put in room 217 the first night and it was AWFUL. This room bordered the elevator shaft so every few mins from the time we checked until 4am the elevator which is very loud went up and down. Also the heat fan made loud noise. Next morning TV wouldn't work we called to desk and we were told all tv was out the elevator was broken and the phones weren't working. The changed our room to 218 it was much better. Tv didn't come back on until noon. Elevator was out the extent of our stay.

The location can’t be beat. the rooms are clean, beds are comfortable and the staff is so friendly and helpful.
On the weekends this hotel is full of families and groups, but during the weeks traveling workers come in and keep horrible hours. the hotel staff said it tries to put them on a floor together but that doesn’t always happens

Nothing
Way overpriced at $275 per night! I can stay at a Marriott or Ritz Carlton for that price. Large bugs in our room and rugs were filthy. TV didn’t work. Sheets had stains in them. Won’t stay here again.

Its clean but smells really mildewy. They need to invest in a dehumidifier system. It really bothered my asthma. I didn't try their breakfast and I will say the staff was nice and it was clean.
