Good value and quirky traditional motel.

Quirky movie themed old school motel. Very helpful reception staff. Huge comfortable bed.

Tiny bathroom, ineffective shower curtain, shower sprayed water all over the floor.

Good value for money with cool themed rooms

Themed motel

Pretty dated with empty pool. Door had several locks put on over the years and did not look secure when locked. Bathroom needed some attention.

The ambiance was great. Loved the look and feel of this motel. Sam was great in telling us about Kingman and giving us a map so we could find great places to visit.

I love the Americana rt. 66 nostalgia of this place. it is clean, warm and cozy and the owners, Monica and Sam are incredible people who can tell you a lot of history of the route! 100% recommend staying here if you are in Kingman!

incredibly charming and love supporting a historic spot!

I really enjoyed my time here it's a really unique historic route 66 motel. The couple running it were very friendly and the husband knew the whole history of the town (probably the wife does too but I was just getting the run down from him.) They turned the heater and light on in my room so it would be warm and inviting when I first entered. The bed was very comfortable and I slept well on it, and I felt comfortable at the property. The main reason to go is the aesthetic and it was exactly what I was hoping for. They knew every spot of interest around town and if I hadn't had my dog I could have toured the whole place. I could tell the couple are dedicated to the motel and all it has to offer which made me happy to stay there.

There were two main things: One of the two locks in my door didn't line up, I was in the Clint Eastwood suite. I have a lock bar I travel with so I didn't ask to be moved but as a solo female traveler it wasn't ideal. I'm sure they would have either shown me the trick to get it to work or moved me to a different room if I had said something but I didn't. But it is a historic motel and the doors open directly into the parking lot (which does have cameras) And the other thing was that the neon tower wasn't lit at night. Maybe it's only on for a bit and I missed it or it's seasonal. It just would have been neat to see

A true Route 66 gem

Nostalgic & quirky, people were lovely. Definitely a unique place, we would stay again in a heartbeat

It could use a few updates - like a light in the shower & heat in the bathroom.

Clean, quiet, and quaint. The clerk at the front desk was very helpful and informative about local services and history. The hardwood flooring was a great unexpected feature. We will stay here again.

Yes, it is retro! what you should expect when you book this type of nostalgia. Staff very friendly. Good stay!

I do not recommend staying here. Looks cute on the outside, but basics were lacking.

The walkable Danbar Restaurant down the street

WiFi was AWFUL and did not work in the morning at all. NO COFFEE MOLD in the room and bathroom Uncomfortable PILLOWS and BED NO ICE No power in bathroom

Amazing stay at an iconic Route 66 motel!

The owner was amazing and funny. Warm and sincere when thanking myself and another guest Gary, for choosing to stay there during what had been hard times. Will stay there every time I pass through Kingman.

Superb

Located on Historic Route 66, this motel is not for everyone. It is for those who like history and like something quirky. It was built in the 1930's and was built for the times. It does not include the perks the chain hotel's of today have like fitness room. It was Quiet and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a neat Old Route 66 hotel

it was very clean. We stayed in the Marilyn Monroe room. The owner was who checked us in. He shared all kinds of interesting info about the town and hotel.

Stay with Route 66!:)

Very welcoming check in:) Thank You for maps, recommendations and attitude! Hotel with "flavor" of history and Route 66 - small details which made stay perfect!:) Free parking. Nearby is Stromboli's pizza and steak house. Comfortable bed. A bit noisy fridge and air-conditioner. Quite small bathroom - but original shower. :) A huge bonus - table with chairs outside! P.S. Thanks!
