Nice staff, tired property

Location, breakfast included, price point

1) the property still has carpets everywhere - inside the room, inside the elevator - this is so 'old school' - the carpets are stained (and dirty?) 2) no USB outlets - again, not up-to-date 3) air conditioner was old style - noisy/loud and overpowering 4) I fully realize that updating a hotel property is an expensive undertaking, but for this property, the time has come - especially inside the room was in need of a 'redo'

SUCIO LA ALFOMBRA QUE TIENE TIENE MANCHAS DE COSAS ASQUEROSAS Y HUELE MUY MUY MAL ( no limpian las habitaciones todos los días) MAL TRATO DE EMPLEADOS cuando le pregunté porque no se había hecho la habitación el empleado BRIAN Nos dijo que si no nos gustaba que me fuera fue muy grosero el GYM pocas maquinas

Great and comfortable facility, great location, right arroun the corner from the place I needed to be. Good staff and immidiate check in and out.

First morning there was not a lot of breakfast selection, just beagles and waffles besides de cereal, second day was great, there was eggs, and sausages

I would not stay here again.

There was the previous occupants trash in our room when we arrived. The room was VERY hot. Air was blowing right into the bed so no air circulated through the room. We sweated all night. They switch us from the king bed we booked to a double small bed. Staff were not friendly and did not offer any apology for anything. Elevator was malfunctioning.

The bed was very comfortable some of the staff was polite

there weren't a microwave in the room the one they had was dirty didn't get cleaned while there

easy to locate

smoking smells in the corridors,we stayed for 3 nights,all three nights they didn’t change the sheets ,we leave early morning and back late night looking for a clean bed but no they never changed,and I was so tired for a bad and not a pleasant talk so i left it

I had four rooms where trash was not collected for several days nor rooms refreshed.

I made reservations four weeks ahead my arrival for an ADA WHEEL Accessible shower and didnt get a room with such amenities when i arrived. It was very dissapointing to say the least and very uncomfotable.

Staff were friendly and easy to find. Big car park as well.

Sofa bed was wafer thin! Carpet was dirty and lots of stains. Bathroom wasn’t great as well. Bath/shower felt like you were going to go through it.

Worst place ever Dont recommend

Nothing at all ..

I Was originally supposed to stay 2 nights ,but we barely made it one night . the only reason we didn’t leave was because we were not gonna be able to get a refund , upon entering the room the smell was horrible there was no one that brought the towels you had to walk down and get everything yourself there was no room service available and the breakfast offered was disgusting something they would serve in prison ,The pool was disgusting and greasy we even checked out early at 8 AM when checkout was 12 that should show you how horrible and how bad that place is. The area is full of drug attic’s it’s just not a good area I do not recommend at all stick to the Scottsdale area’s arrowhead areas for leisure vacations

Overall it wasn’t too shabby, but the smell was overpowering.

Free breakfast and location right off the freeway was excellent

The hotel stunk.. I’m pretty sure it was the carpets, and stains were visible on the floor and couches the right elevator stunk like mildew or wet unfinished carpet

I’d give it an over all rating of 2 stars

The staff were great and I’d give the complimentary breakfast 4 stars.

I was very disappointed with the room. The sofa was very dirty and smelled. Arm rests were stained as well as the cushions. The mattress in the sofa bed was almost pancake thin. Felt like you were sleeping on springs. You got slapped in the face from the smell of cigarette smoke as soon as you entered the room. I was going to complain but I was afraid the other rooms were just as bad and maybe there wouldn’t be any other rooms available. So we just dealt with it. I would have provided photos but my phone camera wasn’t working.

Nice place to stay if you're on a budget. Not a fan of carpeting in rooms.

Staff was great, I would stay there again if I traveled on a budget.

Carpet was stained, couch was old. Room was sort of old. Outside of that, it was a pleasant stay.

This Hotel's not up to Hyatt standards and needs an urgent renovation. Great staff though

The staff is amazingly nice, they welcomed every time with a smile. When I complained about the roon, they promptly look for another room and moved us without a problem.

The first room assigned was a King's bed room as reserved but needing an urgent renovation. The carpet is old and very dirty with a lot of gross stains. The shower was not holding in the support and when we opened the water, the shower head was broken and water start running down the wall.
