Kitty not covered by “pet friendly” policy

It had the location and amenities I looked forward to after a long driving day

I was told, in spite of lodging being listed as “pet friendly”, and my having notified them in advance that I have a cat, that they did not accept them. They stated their description affirmed they did not accept them, but nowhere in that site was anything noted but “pet friendly”.

A nice place to stay the night

The beds were comfortable. The Rate was very reasonable. A pleasant nights stay.

The room was clean and spacious. The bed was comfy. The free breakfast was ok.

The bathroom fan did not work. The hot tub was way too hot! I told the staff and they said it was set at 102 and that's what the temperature was reading. I told them that must be wrong because it was too hot to get in. They didn't seem to believe me.

Bed was comfy, had the room with jet tub. Jet tub was amazing and water stayed hot. Really nothing bad to say about this place. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Great Place! Very Warm and Inviting!!

The staff were incredible. Our toilet was clogged on Saturday night and someone was up to our room and took care of it in 10 mins. I was surprised there was a cleaning/maintenance person at the time. My husband then told me it was the front desk manager. I was very impressed.

The pool was not working. The outside sign still had the Indoor Pool light on. It was very disappointing to families planning on it.

Very satisfied!

Great facility with helpful staff. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast area was nice with good selection of both hot and cold choices. Good value and we would stay there again.

You don’t usually get much in pet friendly hotels but it was amazing! It was clean, and had very comfortable beds. Quiet location too.

nice place but needs pool fixed and better breakfast staffing.

the gentleman working the night shift at the front desk was excellent. the room was clean and comfortable.

the pool and hot tub were not functioning. haven’t been for months but there was nothing noted about that on booking. we would have stayed elsewhere. the breakfast was never restocked with an hour remaining of serving hours. very disappointing.

aggravating and difficult we wanted a pool.

it was clean and the breakfast was good

pool was broken and we were told hadn’t worked for 7 months. There was a problem with the fire sprinkler system and we had to leave the building at 2 am for 40 minutes. could not get good sleep.

Overall not bad, pillows were flat and very small, person who checked us in the first night was awe

Breakfasr was horrible and by by eight it was depleted and not refilled, coffe hand grounds in it, sausage had obviously been setting in grease since early morning and biscuits were so stale I could build a house with them.

I called Sunday to inquire about a phone charger I had left in my room. I was the only person in my room. The clerk checked Lost and Found without a result. There is no other option and I believe if I had walked into the room that I would have found it. I believe someone did pick up the devise, so I would request an investigative inquiry into it. Thanks for offering me this platform.

Very Clean. Friendly Staff.

Pool was closed. I was there for nursing clinicals and I was there for 3 days. I needed internet acces and was unable to connect several times due to no internet availability. Rooms could use some soundproofing. I could hear everything from room next to and above me. I had to say something to the parents next to me because they continued to allow their children to bang on the door between our rooms and I was trying to study for my clinicals.
