Hotel under construction. Hot tub was not working. Was having breakfast went back up for something lease 10 mins before it ended and everything put away. Then was sitting and dining up and the ee working breakfast shut light out while we were eating and another family was as well. Just rude about it!!!

The website said the hotel had airport shuttle service. I contacted the hotel and was told there was no shuttle service. The water temperature in the shower was lukewarm at the best. The hotel was undergoing renovations so there was clutter and dirt. Room cleaning only occurred if you requested it.

Our room was super comfortable, excellent service and they brought in a cot for us upon request. They were renovating so our room had a wet spot from the AC. Understandable since renovations. Can’t wait to see the hotel once renovations are complete.

The hotel is currently undergoing renovations, but that didn't interfere with our stay at all. The breakfast was really good and offered many items. The pool and hot tub were great after a long day; and the hot tub was actually hot unlike some other hotels we've stayed at. Staff were friendly, the bed was comfortable, and the room was clean.

Our rooms were clean and comfortable but there were some maintenance issues. Our desk chair was very worn and peeling and the popcorn ceilings were also peeling. The beds were a little firm but that's just a personal preference. The linen were very soft and the best I've had in several more expensive hotel stays. Lots of room and the benefits of having 2 separate spaces was worth some peeling chairs. Air conditioning was great as was the front desk staff. I didn't eat breakfast but my family thought it was good and rated it a 4/5.

This place was unique because you got exactly what you thought you would when you viewed the hotel on the website. The room was nice, the hot tub was hot, the pool was cool and clean, and the breakfast was almost as good as I would have cooked at home. Oh, and the the air conditioner worked well, the air conditioner was quiet, and the air conditioner fan speed control actually worked. No problems, easy check in and check out. Staff seemed to stay busy with daily chores.

Room was subpar. Felt dirty. Cracked mirror in living room. Bad lighting. Nobody in my family took a shower there. I was about too and it started gurgling and spit out brown water. Disgusting. Will never stay at a comfort inn again. The breakfast was good though. No complaints on food quality. That’s why I gave it 2 stars not 1 star.

We booked this hotel hoping to get some comfort at end of a long motorcycle trip day, jumping in the pool. This hotel was a choice among many others in the area, but the advertised pool called for the booking. Deeply frustrating notice when we were checking in: pool out of order! I found it ridiculous in a summer hot day! Besides that, carpet in the room is dirty! Furniture needing son attention too! Room 206

The original room was hot and the air conditioner was not working. We were graciously offered another room, which we accepted. No issues with the new room. We did a load of laundry and only 1/2 of the machines were working. The dryer took almost 2 hours to dry a small load. We took the complimentary shuttle to the airport the next morning and I'm surprised we weren't in an accident. The driver drove extremely fast! I'm just grateful there were good breaks on the van. The building looked new from the outside, but once inside, you could tell it was a refurbished hotel. The facility was ok but I don't think we will stay there again.

Beware! This hotel has not updated their pictures. There is a stale smell throughout the halls, light fixtures out, and NO hot water. The surrounding area is sketchy and I would not feel safe traveling here alone. Don’t waste your money.

We enjoyed our stay. The front desk was very accommodating and friendly. We also enjoyed a few hours in the pool, which was cleaner than other hotels I’ve stayed in. Our room was cozy and stocked. Bathroom to our room was incredibly small but it served its purpose. We enjoyed that the front desk accommodated pets and they also offered lemon water, complimentary. We thought this was a simple yet nice touch. Breakfast was wonderful and much needed after we had been on the road all night.

Not very clean. The suite was tired and smelled bad. The 2 TVs both had bad hot spots that werent very good to watch. The oull out couch was old, dirty and falling apart. The sitting chair was the same. Not as good as the 8.2 Hotels rating they had.

Had to switch rooms 3 times. 1st room stunk. 2nd room had no a/c. 3rd room still had no a/c but we were tired of switching rooms so we brought in our own fan. Towls were stained. Discolored water was coming out of the facets. Won’t be going back.

Came in right after cleaning had been there and they was 2 doors down, found dead centipede looking bugs in bathroom and in other places in room, showed to front desk next day after I cleaned them up, to not worry my friend, and it acted like it wasn’t a shock and that they needed someone to go down and clean it.. no compensation offered, and paid too much for room to have dead bugs in it.. also toilet paper wasn’t even filled in bathroom, had one full roll and a small partial of another.

Disgusting room. The AC sounded like a rattling moped motor. The furniture was stained. The walls were damaged. Everything worked but seemed really gross like it was barely held together.
