Worst place ever

Nothing

So dirty, smelled like cigarettes. Had roaches and bugs in the bed, mold and mildew growth, broken appliances, Rude staff, and dirty blankets

Not what I was use to but served its purpose.

The property was close to the Ocean. They front desk clerk made it her mission to not stay behind the desk but actually sit outside and monitor the parking lots and surrounding area.

My family and I were not comfortable in the rooms not because they were not comfortable but we were use to staying in a different location. If I were in a pinch and needed a place to stay and they available, I would select them again.

I don’t want to be negative but it was scary.

The location was great, we walked to and from the beach. The woman checking us in was kind and funny.

There were stains on the bed, the bathroom was dirty. The doors wouldn’t close all the way and there were people screaming in the parking lot at 3 AM.

1. roaches 2. bed bugs 3. lights didnt work 4. pavement was extremely poor 5. no 24/hr service desk employee 6. lost my 50$ security deposit because there was no one in office at the time of leaving.

Tina, the receptionist, was outstanding and very hospitable. She did a walk thru of the room to make sure everything was working properly. Great personality and extremely professional.

Was okay until night, then I didn’t feel safe at all. Do not recommend staying here.

Location

No hot water and bed bugs. Plus screaming and banging on neighboring walls. You could see light through the doors since the doors didn’t shut all the way.

Great location in terms of beach and restaurants, friendly and helpful staff, did exactly what we needed for our 2 night

Great location, can walk to the beach and many restaurants to avoid paying for parking. Friendly staff. Housekeeping came daily to ask for trash and dirty towels and offer new clean towels. Working fridge, microwave, and flatscreen TV. Typical heating/cooling unit that works quick!

It’s just an old building, nothing wrong with some character.
