So sad that a place in this nice of a location can be so awful. TV didn’t work, walls were so dirty, staff were so rude. Just horrible
Everything

There was very little we liked about the room, though the staff at check-in was great.
The room was filthy. There was mold all over the bathroom, food and dirt on the floor, missing baseboards, broken curtain rod for the shower, poor lighting throughout the room, and so much more.

I like the location and the staff.
I had no issues with the property.

I didn't like that they charged me twice at first. The shower water did not work. The windows had hand prints, and the window screen was ripped. The restroom had trash as if it had not been cleaned. The toilet paper was also used and not changed.

Location was good
I had booked a room with 2 separate bedrooms. the first room was supposed to have 1 king bed and the second bedroom was supposed to have 2 queen beds. first we were directed to a room where our keycard didn'twork on. We had to walk back in the rain to raise this issue. then we were moved to a room where the lights were broken and didnt turn on. and then we were moved to another room with only 2 king beds instead of 1 king and 2 queens. this left one of the guest having to sleep on the couch instead of the bed. We left a note to talk to the manager but the manager hasn't got back to us yet. It was a whole tiring experience having to move 3 rooms and then after a long travel having to sleep on the couch because no 2 queen beds were available. The receptionist left a note for the manager to get back to us. But this was left ignored. We again contacted the property after discharge and still no reply or apology from the property. Overall dissapointing experience. Won't be returning.

staff very friendly- suite rooms were great space
we rented 3 suites, televisions didn’t WRK in the rooms, our toilet was leaking and flooding bathroom floor, outdoor lights quit working risking safety issue.
no patio chairs in pool area, ice machine not working

Location
The room and hotel are very dirty, and all the fixtures are either run down or broken.

Great no-frills place near Cal Poly. Rooms are overall clean and comfortable but they don’t appear to wash the bedspreads (they had fresh unidentified stains on them in my two different rooms, ew), and my toilet didn’t flush first night, but I changed rooms. The staff is wonderful, especially Kathy. And they are VERY accommodating with requests. Rooms seem to have very good sound proofing, which is huge bonus, and the location is great.
Please change the bedspreads/blankets between guest stays and softer sheets would go a long way. ☺️

Location good. Friendly staff.
TV was not set in HD. TV was very hard to shut off and change channels
Lamp on desk would not turn off, had to pull plug each time
Bathtub extremely rusted at drain and overflow
Food from last guest in freezer
Tear in drapes
Breakfast was nothing more than danish
Front desk attendant did not know how to accept cash for payment at the end of our stay
Outside patio had dried chocolate all over
