The Inn was beautiful and the staff was simply the best. The breakfast was exceptional!
I wish they did not allow pets at the Inn but seems to be the norm lately.

Delicious breakfast
That hotel is closing for 18 months for new construction

Location and history
Basically a motel 8 rooms, way over priced, and not aligned with a historical feel. Cheap breakfast, advertised nicer than provided.

Nice size room and great location. The staff were wonderful and nothing is too much trouble,
The beds were not comfortable for me.

The staff were fabulous. The rooms clean but very basic.
Didn’t like the location of our rooms the were ground floor right on the pavement and no privacy from everyone walking past

Very friendly staff, good breakfast & great location 👍
Uncomfortable beds, cold shower (was fixed fast after the staff was notified) & no fridge in the room.

Classic Savannah Inn and a great location. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

The property is beautiful and overall, nearly & close-to, excellent. The staff, Scarlett was -OUTSTANDING- and super-helpful. The breakfast was -OUTSTANDING-, as well.
Small details will take this property from a '9' to a '10'. The bed was noisy/squeaky and not in an adult/sexy kind of way, either. It was a platform bed, which makes the whole room feel more like 'Ikea' and cheap, than a historical property. The rest of the room is spacious and cozy. The bathroom was/is clean, but some of the fixtures have antique patina/corrosion that hurt the overall 'freshness' of the room. Also, the staff warned us about hall noise, which is absolutely something that can be addressed by adding a partition to separate the dining room from the downstairs rooms, sound-deadening carpet, and closing/filling the gap between the room doors and the floors.

We loved our stay at this little hotel in Savannah. The staff were extremely helpful and informative about what to do in and around Savannah. The happy hour each evening was a great way for guests to mingle and chat. Our room was very comfortable and clean.
The air conditioning unit was quite noisy, although I am used to sleeping in a very quiet room. The noise from the unit didn't disturb my husband. Would have liked more choices on the breakfast menu than just the two options given.

Spacious room and outdoor seating area are pluses. Staff was friendly and helpful.
The property is adjacent to a park where transients hangout. Not good!
Great hot breakfast the first couple of days then just bagels and fruit.

Staff was really nice and the location was historical which made it very interesting.
The bed was soooo sqeaky and old. The TV was VERY small in not placed well. The carpets we very very dirty, when walking in the room barefoot the bottom of our feet turned black. We paid extra for breakfast (not just the continental) both mornings of our stay and they only had breakfast for us on one morning.

Charming antique decor & architecture. Loved the balcony & the house cat. Location was perfect. Room was very spacious!
Hot water took a long time to heat up certain times of the day.

it is 1855 mansion lot of history there nice park out back little to far from river street
it very noisy at night you have the walking tours that going on late in the night. The bed is very noisy because they have bed bug covers on them . There food for breakfast is two this on is granola bowl. The second one changes one day it was sandwich one day it was pancakes wasn’t happy about that. Next time I’m going to stay at Hampton inn or holiday Inn down by river street little cheaper and close to the bars and restaurants You live and learn

Everything was amazing!!! The breakfast was excellent and the wine in the afternoon was an added treat.
The TV in our suite was in a TV cabinet and was very small and hard to see. A bigger TV would have been better for the size of the room.

The Inn is in a great location for walking Savannah. Very charming, comfortable bedrooms and a bath
shower combination. Delicious hot breakfast provided as an alternative to granola. First morning we had a breakfast burrito and second day French toast.

Great breakfast, even better location, right off of a square. We checked in after hours and it couldn't have been easier. I was pumping and they kept my milk in the fridge and freezer for me - that was very helpful.
I needed ice at night and there's no way to get to it, even though each room has an ice bucket. Ice is locked in the kitchen and no staff is around at night.

The location was perfect. The quality of the breakfast was a nice surprise. It was not your mundane continental breakfast.
With the exception of weather, it was quite chilly, there was nothing to dislike.

courtyard, happy hour, morning breakfast, Scarlett was terrific,
in room coffeemaker or lobby coffeemaker available 24/7 would have been much better; upcoming renovations could lose the ambiance and we might need to reconsider a future stay

The location was great, but you pay dearly for that. The staff was awesome, and while breakfast was filling, it wasn't anything special. In an area like Savannah with so many food options, something that could stand out for breakfast would have been a great touch.
We have visited a number of B&B's and the staff and the location are the only things that make this place stand out. The room was big but plain, the breakfast was filling but not anything special, and overall those things did not add up to a 5 star experience.

We loved the great location and all the history of this property. The beautiful courtyard was a wonderful spot for breakfast or a glass of wine. The staff were all very helpful and accommodating.

Place was quaint & charming. Adorable courtyard & very good breakfast. Room was quite large. Bed was comfortable & bathroom nice size. They also offer wine for a happy hour to the guest, which was a nice surprise. The inn was centrally located to everything. Would definitely stay there again.
Room should have more casual seating & better lighting and need a mini fridge in rooms. Should also offer coffee either in room or in lobby all day.

beds were extremely soft. Felt like you might fall off.

The location was perfect - we walked all over the historic district, the breakfast was good. We had quiche and fruit.
The beds were way too soft. I think they may have been foam mattresses. They had no support.
