Nice property but dated.

beautiful and for us, excellent because it was close to family in Cleveland.
pretty dated, furniture was a bit uncomfortable however , it was clean and the view was beautiful!

Friendly staff and location was great. Great views.
Everything you needed was there
Cabin could use some updating especially couch and chairs

Everyone was friendly and it was beautiful! Great place to vacation if you have children, there is plenty to keep them busy!

It's a beautiful area , everyone was super friendly , nice villa and great view
The only negative for me which is minor , but when trying to cook breakfast , their was only 1 frying pan and it would of been so much nicer if was a non stick pan

I booked this for the Christmas weekend. I bought wristbands for the amenities. I did all this back in November. They sold me wrist bands to the indoor pool, arcade, etc. come the day before check in I see online all those activities were closed for our stay. So I have to call them to see what’s going on. They tell me yes it’s all closed for the holiday. Mind you I have 3 kids. the ONLY reason we booked there was for the amenities. they refunded my passes but REFUSED to refund my stay. Needless to say they didn’t tell us these things were closed until I called back last minute after seeing it online. they expected me and my family to still stay there with absolutely nothing to do for Christmas Eve & Christmas. We did not go because of this and now we are out $455 for a stay we didn’t even use. I’m very disappointed and will NEVER stay here.

We would have loved a fan in the rooms

Beautiful views, fun amenities, location is central to the areas we wanted to visit
The property is a little run down. It could use some TLC.

the view was absolutely beautiful
hidden fees not mention until you book. the beds in 104C are horrible my husband and I ended up sleeping on the floor. thermostat can not be under or over 70 or you get charged if it freezes up , you are charged for amenity passes even if you are not going use them and you are told they are required to enter the resort per management. even though a resort or facility fee is already charged at time of booking . service animals are discouraged or not welcome . the place is absolutely beautiful but management is unkind and difficulty. I will not be going back .

pretty property and in great location
very out dated. needs some updates

The place was musty and we couldn’t hang our clothes in the closet.. The furniture and bed was not comfortable. The mattress topper was not placed on the bed properly because it didn’t cover the whole mattress and couldn’t be adjusted because it was under a plastic cover. We were required to strip beds, and wash the dishes and take the trash to the dumpster. This place was very overpriced, plus we were charged $ 32.00 for using the facilities even though we had no intention of using them.

Location and price
Hot tub was out of order, no diner, and country store wasn't open any time we tried to visit

Clean
Forced Amenities fees but they kept changing the hours and maintenance didn't want to unlock the paddleboats when it was not raining. Never got to use one amenity. Extra charge for towels or go wash them yourself. Aren't allowed to turn a/c below 70. So many rules posted everywhere! Was afraid to do something wrong because the fines you get if you dont clean just right or stay one second too long. Its ridiculous and not very relaxing.

Everything. Exceptional setting. Very cozy residence. Away from craziness of Helen yet stones throw away. Staff is very helpful and pleasant. The porch, table and swing are awesome.
Clubhouse is awesome as well, pool table, table tennis, indoor outdoor pools, boat rentals.
If your dates work out not think.

The inside was very clean
That I had to pay for extra amenities. The beds were not good at all.

What breakfast? I was there for a wedding a few miles away. It was quiet and provided a good central location for other family members.
I cannot say there was anything I didn't like. As I said, it was a nice quiet place.

I have stayed here 2 times. It's very roomy, clean, and quiet. There's a lot to do without even leaving the premises. And my children loved it!
Could use a king size bed in the master bedroom and updated carpet and blinds.

I liked the rooms and the view from the balcony. I enjoyed paddle boarding and DJs diner was delicious!
I did not like that you had to pay extra in order to do anything at the resort. I also was not a big fan of the pots and pans that were provided, they could really sue an upgrade as everything stuck to them. Finally, I feel that the resort should rent out golf carts to the visitors for ease of traveling around the resort.
