Das Hotel ist wegen seiner Nähe zum Weisshaus und anderen Monumenten sehr gut.

die Lage ist für das Weisshaus perfekt. Nur ein paar Minuten zu fuss entfernt. Das Frühstück war sehr gut.

Das Personal war nicht besonders nett. Wir haben gefragt ob wir 2 h später auschecken könnten. Es wäre nur möglich gewesen wenn wir einen halben Tag dazu bezahlt hätten;-((

Room was adequate and located well.

But breakfast is a nightmare. Long lines, ends too early, and food not replaced quickly.

It was ok for the purpose of visiting the city, but it could be better.

The room was clean and had a good space. And the hotel has a great location.

We were disappointed with the breakfast setup, given that it was factored into the hotel rate yet we weren´t able to eat breakfast. The space for the number of the hotel guests was inadequate, there were no seats available. On both mornings there was barely any food prepared and long lines of guest waiting for the food to be served.

Ganz ok.

Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir konnte alles was wir sehen wollten zu Fuß erkunden. Bis zum Weißen Haus ist es nur ein Katzensprung.

Parkplatzsituation. Angebot vom Hotel: rund 60$ für einen Tag. Das geht, so habe ich im Nachgang herausgefunden, auch bedeutend günstiger wenn man sich selbst auf die Suche nach einem Parkhaus in der Umgebung macht. Ich habe Preise von 18$/Tag gesehen. Unser Wagen wurde auch woandershin verschafft und war nicht in einer Hoteleigenen Garage.

MUY MALA ATENCION E INFORMACIÓN POR DAÑO EL AIRE ACONDICIONADO

No pude hospedarme a pesar de tener reservación, pues el Hotel tenía dañado el aire acondicionado y no garantizaban el arreglo en los días reservados, me toco cambiar de hotel, una mala manera de atención del personal durante el check in, no avisaron del daño y me hicieron el cobro a pesar de que no me hospedé.

Nur zum Übernachten eine top Lage bei durchschnittlichem Preis.

Die Lage des Hotels ist super. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber, das Personal ist gründlich und zuvorkommend.

Die Hellhörigkeit in den Zimmern ist sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wohl US-Standard. Das Platzangebot im Frühstücksraum ist bei ausgelastetem Hotel nicht ausreichend. Die Menschen haben selbst alle Plätze in der Lobby besetzt. Im elften Stock (ich war in Zimmer 1120) hat man von Nachmittag bis nach 23 Uhr das Geschorbse der Stühle von der Rooftop-Bar zu ertragen. Lieber ein tiefer liegendes Zimmer nutzen.

Pleasable hotel with good location and staff, don’t expect a luxury in a room

Good location , friendly staff

1) Small living area A big corridor (inside the room) was useless , so the “living area” was too small for 5 persons (ordered room with 2 queen beds and sofa, 39m as mentioned in room details) This is unclear by looking on site picture 2) meager breakfast The bread is dry, the choice of food is sharply reduced after 9am 3) minor …very old furniture in the room, a/c response (when you change) is too long

das Personal war durchwegs sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend! die Zimmer gut! ein absoluter Pluspunkt! die Lage ist phänomenal!!!

auf der Webseite steht, dass es kostenlose Parkplätze gibt, nach der Buchung und auf Nachfrage, wie das funktioniert, haben sie dann viel gekostet!! das ist frech! Das Frühstück und vor allem der Frühstücksbereich sind ein Witz!

Location, Location, Location!!! Room was well suited for our visit and breakfast was included. Would like a bit more Bacon next time. Very friendly staff. enjoyed the Roof top bar and relaxing after a long day sightseeing!

Die Lage

Wir hatten für eine Nacht für 450 Dollar ein Zimmer mit 2 Queensize Betten für 4 Personen gebucht. Bei der Ankunft wurde mitgeteilt, dass dies nicht verfügbar ist und wir haben zwei getrennte einfache Doppelzimmer erhalten, eins quasi ohne Fenster (nur ein schmaler Glasstreifen hinter dem Schrank). Unsere Bitte nach einem besseren Zimmer wurde mit der Aussage beantwortet, sie seine Hyatt und wir hätten bei Booking.com gebucht und könnten uns ja dort beschweren, nach dem Motto: selbst dran schuld, wenn man nicht direkt, sondern bei booking.com bucht. Das Hotel ist im Übrigen alt, die Zimmer extrem laut, von Straßenlärm und einem Tanzclub. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich und man sitzt gefühlt in einem Bahnhof. Das hat nichts mit Wohlfühlen zu tun. Wir waren auf dieser Reise in drei Hyatts und das war das mit Abstand schlechteste….

Toilet på værelset uden mulighed for at at lukke af. Parkering for bil blev oplyst til ca 500KR - det viste sig så da vi tjekkede ud, at være pr. DAG!

DC trip

Breakfast was average. Location was good. Seemed safe although 2 were killed and 5 injured 7 blocks away in a shooting at 3am.

The glass bathroom door had a 3 inch gap when the door was closed and locked. Anyone could see right in. Fortunately, I was with family but it was a little odd.

Buen hotel cercano a la Casa Blanca

Está al lado de la Casa Blanca, se puede llegar en cinco minutos andando. El baño estaba recién reformado, y era cómodo. Se molestaron en dejar una almohada y una manta extra.

El desayuno no tenía apenas variedad. La habitación, aunque correcta, no era cómoda. La cama tenía uno de los lados puesto contra un separador, así que la persona que se tumbaba en ese lado tenía que escalar desde la parte de los pies de la cama. Además, ese lado no tenía mesilla tampoco. Las habitaciones no se limpian todos los días, únicamente cambian las toallas y hacen la cama.

Un solo ascensore (l’altro era rotto e non in riparazione, fermo) per servire un edificio di 11 piani. Per fare il check-out durante l’ora di colazione abbiamo aspettato il 4 ascensore per scendere

Χρειάζεται βελτιώση στην εξυπηρέτηση των πελάτων.

Μέτριο πρωινό. Είχε επιλογές αν και δεν ήταν όλα φρέσκα. Ο καφές που βρίσκονταν στις καφετίερες για να αυτοεξυπηρετήση τα 2 από τα 3 πρωινά που είχαμε εκεί δεν ήταν αρκετός για όλους ούτε και φρόντιζαν άμεσα να τις γεμίσουν. Τα τραπέζια του πρωινού δεν καθαρίζονταν επαρκώς.

Ο ανελκυστήρας για τα 3 βράδια που διανυκετερεύσαμε ήταν χαλασμένος. Είχε πάρα πολλούς τουρίστες έτσι ώστε να γίνεται συνοστισμός στον ανελκυστηρα. Επίσης τα άτομα στην υποδοχή δεν ήταν καθόλου επυπηρετικά. Συγκεκριμένα ζητήσαμε να μας καλέσουν ταξί και μας ανάφεραν όταν θα χρειαζόταν περίπου 10 λεπτά να έρθει. Όταν πέρασαν τα 10 λεπτά ρωτήσαμε πότε θα έρθει το ταξί και η απάντηση ήταν "ω μα τελικά δεν υπάρχει διαθέσιμο ταξί για να έρθει". Ούτε και προσπάθησαν να ψαξουν να βρούν άλλο. Τελικά βγήκαμε στο δρόμο και σταματήσαμε ένα ταξί για να μας πάρει στο προορισμό μας.

Loved my stay, made it so easy to be in D.C., fabulous staff - will return!

Loved the location (walk to White House, restaurants, cvs across the street), the fact that there is valet parking with in and out privileges, courteous and helpful staff, free breakfast, comfy and clean rooms. I’d definitely stay here again!

Room was a little small / awkward where it mattered (in/out of bed area, shower, window) and lighting, while plentiful and appropriately placed, was dizzying to me for some reason.

Simple and straightforward

That it was close to the tourist spots and the metro making it easy to get around. The rooms were tidy and the customer service was good.

The breakfast area would get crowded at the weekend. There is not enough room. The lack of tea and coffee downstairs throughout the day. We had one day when our room was not tidied.

Great location (5 minutes walk from the White house), big room (no view), clean room and toilet, friendly and helpful staff, refund of the security deposit (100 USD) within a week after checkout, fast and stable internet, good breakfast.

Cutlery for breakfast was not clean.

The property offers excellent value for money, covering all aspects of comfort.

I will definitely recommend it to others and plan to book for my future visits to Washington DC. The location is fantastic, and the breakfast is excellent.
