Convenient location; clean and spacious

Great location. Has a gym+pool. Spacious clean rooms.

Some staff (not all) are a bit blunt or not as friendly as they could be. Appreciate they may have a lot going on/on their mind, but a smile and a nod would go a long way. Breakfast was average but did the trick.

Good location, comfortable stay

Location within walking distance to White House, Smithsonian museums and other city attractions. Plenty of good restaurants and places to eat around. Bed comfortable Breakfast fair- scrambled eggs,sausage,bagels, breads cereals repeated daily

Shower pressure not strong TV remote does not work and have to ask for replacement

إبلاغ لسحب سيارتي وانا نزيل عندهم

الموقع والنظافة والمبلغ يعتبر جيد نوعاً ما

ما أعجبني الموظف حق الفاليت تم إبلاغ على سيارتي وتم سحبها لوقوفي امام الفندق تقريباً ساعتين فقط(رحلتي كانت الساعه الثامنه صباحاً) وتم وقوف السياره امام الفندق لتنزيل الشنط الساعه 12.30 ليلاً وتم سحب السياره واعطاني المخالفه الساعه 1.16 دقيقه ليلاً مع العلم اني قبلها بيوم كونت بدي اوقفها عندهم فياليت قالوا الموظفين شغلهم يوقف مم الساعه 11 ويبدأ الساعه 7 فقمت انا بالوقوف بالمبنى اللي قبل الفندق ولا احد كلمني على العموم تم دفع 450 دولار غرامه لوقوفي امام الفندق وانا مستأجر عندهم كان مع التعاون ابلاغي بيبعاد سيارتك وانا بكل سروري ابعدها لكن اخلاقهم غير كويسه ومافي اي تعاون لهم لا انصح فيه بتاتاً

It was okay, but I wouldn’t stay again

That it was close to the Capital One Arena

That is was downtown and it was hard to get out because of the traffic. The room was also very small for $200. Also, the parking garage was so little and tight that I almost scraped my truck. Finally, $55 parking is insane.

Great location

Clean, walking distance from everything We liked continental breakfast and coffee with tea. Pool was closed because of Covid

It is not facility’s fault but there were rats outside at night and it was scary

It was OK for our time there but we’re used to more at hotels in Europe.

Location was great and thw pool.

There wasn’t a great selection of breakfast food and most items were packaged or precooked, processed foods.

The location is perfect and the room is big enough

Small breakfast and the room looked at the back of the building. At the check in, the woman at the front desk was very unpleasant. She didn't explain why they were charging me more than what I had booked for

We had a decent stay with a couple of hiccups. I would probably stay somewhere else next time.

Location was great. Close to White House with an easy walk and close to several great restaurants. Breakfast was good with plenty of options. Room was clean.

Staff wasn't as professional as I expected, (this coming from a former hotel GM). Only one elevator was working when we checked in. On our checkout day, the 2nd elevator broke down and we had to drag our luggage down the stairs. Luckily we were on the 4th floor. This would have been a nightmare had we been higher up.

Great! Is stay again for sure

The morning staff was so helpful and friendly. The staff woman at the front desk showed us free late check out at 1pm and even held our baggage whole we went to the museum! The hotel was clean and had free hot breakfast with bacon, sausage, eggs, diy waffles etc. I'd definitely stay here again

Room was clean but the bed was too firm for my liking. Hotel does have a heated pool which is nice but the online pic is a bit of a catfish as the pool is super small. Almost like an oversized Jacuzzi 😅 Also we came down on a Saturday night but there wasn't many food options available in the area open after 10 or 11p .

The stay was decent, but I feel misled about the fees.

I was not notified and I would be charged for valet parking $51 a day. I feel misled and cheated. I will not use again. All terms should be explained at check-in and they weren't. also, there was no microwave or refrigerator in the room. That was disappointing.

Highly Recommend!

Big shout-out to the manager, Tim. We modified our stay with Booking.com but the hotel didn't get the memo, as they weren't expecting us until the next day. Tim however, got it all sorted, and had us in our awesome room, which was quiet, clean and comfortable, in no time. The hotel is in a brilliant spot- we were able to walk to many of the awesome attractions Washington DC had to offer, and had easy access to the subway that was not in walking distance. The included breakfast was amazing- my boys especially loved the waffles! As we were travelling a bit, having a laundry room was really convenient. We stayed at 15 different places during our 2 month trip, and Hampton Inn Washington DC/Whitehouse helped make Washington DC our favourite place of all.

Excellent location and great value for your money!

Our room was excellent. Beds were comfortable we slept really well! Location is excellent. We were able to walk to a lot of places we needed to go. Would definitely stay here again.

There was no cucumber water in the dining area/lobby.

Overall pleasant experience and very cool to be within walking distance of the White House.

The breakfast was good and had a nice variety. It was also nice there were bottles of water available.

The price of the hotel is costly enough. Parking should be free.

Perfect location for seeing the sights

The location is super for accessing the sights of the city - less than a 10 minute walk to the White House! Room was very comfortable for the four of us (2 adults and 2 small kids). Breakfast selection was great. There is also a pool which we didn't realise when booking and didn't have time to use, but would definitely stay again as this is a rarity in a central hotal.

Aircon unit in the room as a bit noisy, but it didn't keep us awake.

Definitely not coming back.

The location was good. It was just a Block away from my meeting point.

There was no wifi. I am a foreigner and didn't have a phone. Imagine I had to get out and look for wifi just to reach out to my business partners. this was SO POOORRRRR. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE for my first time in Washington. WiFi is basic and nobody (not even the receptionist) had the courtesy of inform me when I was checking in.

noise. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise. maybe I was unlucky with the room. but the noise like a toilet flushing was every 3 mins which kept me awake throughout the night.
