Watson, a great family place

I love that there is space to relax and not be on top of each other. Also a full kitchen so no need to eat every meal out

The sofa and chair were lumpy. Could differently use an upgrade. The bathroom had handicap bars in the tub which were great. However the toilet was very low. Not for a handicap person. And the handicap bar by the toilet was too far back to be used.

I thought the price was way to high as it did not reach my expectations.

Check in went well. And check out went well

I didn't like the bed. I had a sore back the next day. The indoor pool and the the whirlpool were both too cold.

Superb

Everything went exceptionally well. There were some other lodgers who were noisy in the hall and allowing doors to slam. There was no sound proofing from the hall. But other than that everything was great.

Professional staff. Family and Friends gathering place.

Beautiful condominium, Beach Block, Spa with an indoor heated pool and hot tub, near Restaurants and Shopping, elevator.

City view, no Ocean view.

It was so so.

There was no breakfast or I was not told. There was no maid service. TV hard to work. Internet hard to get to. Desk people hard to get attention, waited and waited.

Disappointing

Size of room and location

Carpeting was very dirty - kitchen was old/dated and so was the bathroom. Towels were poor quality

Size was great. Daughter and son-in-law thought the bed was comfortable.

The sofa bed was horrendous! I could feel every spring in my back on the first night so I slept on the sofa the second night without opening it.

Absolutely lovely resort for a couple or a small group of friends to stay at for a weekend (or even a week!), includes a

24 hour customer service with super friendly staff, spacious rooms with multiple outlets, private balcony, right down the street from Manco & Manco’s pizza on the boardwalk, HDMI outlets in the TV’s (you’d be sadly surprised when hotels don’t have these)

The walls were pretty thin so you could hear children running up the halls (or anyone else making too much noise) but wasn’t that big of an issue to us overall; no smoking anywhere on the property allowed, even on the balcony; the thermometer didn’t seem to adjust when we set it, so it was consistently about 70° for the weekend

comfortable rooms and bed. Great location. Outside balcony and balcony furniture needed cleaning.

check in was easy, room was nice, would be great for a family with separate rooms and kitchen in suite. Location was great, so close to the boardwalk and beach.

WAY too many people in the pool . Other hotels use a timed sign up process so a pool at this size would not be overcrowded especially during covid.

Easy drive to Atlantic City . Off season for a lot of places to eat but room had full kitchen . fully stocked with anything you need to make a meal.

Overall a good experience. I would definitely book again.

The room was very clean!! It was a beautiful room!! Location was perfect!

There was maintenance going on in the room across the hall… the we’re replacing floor/carpeting. It was very noisy. The hotel was not full so not sure why we were given that room.

We started out over the atrium which was noisy and switched to the other side for an open balcony - perfect!

All in all, we were very happy with our stay.

I loved the full kitchen. Very convenient. And my kids went crazy over the swimming pool.

The hot tub was under construction. When I booked the hotel it did not say that anywhere. I was really looking forward to it, so that was disappointing. The (street) view is just not nice at all.
