I loved the room’s design and the general interior design throughout the hotel - sort of a goth chic for the room they made it work. The pool and hot tub was fantastic. The staff is extremely attentive and courteous. We explored Nyack and went down to the water. It’s a good quick getaway from NYC. They also have the BEST granola bars for the light breakfast they have for guests I wish I could get the recipe to be honest.

Every staff member I interacted with was professional and friendly. Bed was comfortable. Bar was nice. Cucumber water and homemade granola bars were great. "Free" electric car charging. "Credit" towards food and drink. Lots of outdoor amenities that would be great for a spring/summer/fall visit. Had a Kimpton-y vibe. Would definitely stay again.
Pillows didn't quite work for me, but that is super subjective. A $25 resort fee is added. That said, there is a $10 food and drink credit and free EV charging, so that defrays the cost. I would say that the location isn't necessarily the best, but it wasn't an issue either.

Very modern and boutiqueish
Deceptive charges. Charged $25 a day as "destination charge" not mentioned anywhere until you get into the room! Then they give u a $10 facility credit. Don't Rob me then try to make me spend more with you

staff was responsive
Sticker shock on the taxes and fees for those not reading the fine print under the promoted price. This criticism is more for booking.com than the hotel.

Clean . Neat and staff nice
Rooms a bit small. And a bit cold feeling in a wearhouse feeling . And I did not appreciate the skull picture on the carpet by the bed . It’s a bit creepy!!

The hot tub was not very hot.

The staff was very courteous, and professional. Everyone showed a willingness to help.
There was no microwave or a refrigerator for me to use. Air conditioner was leaking and made a very loud noise while on.

The towels and linens were clean. I saw a few reviews mentioning the lack of clean linens, so I specifically checked rather than just assume everything was fine. Parking was fine.
Daily housekeeping was not provided as requested. I sent a note to the hotel the day before I checked in, re-confirmed at check-in, and asked each morning before I went out for the day, yet housekeeping was never provided. The third night they offered to move me to another room. Really??? I saw several reviews noting the lack of housekeeping (after we had booked the hotel) so I was persistent about following up. And worse, when I checked out, the front desk had the nerve to show me a picture of a do-not-disturb sign on my door. What the heck - did someone set that picture up or come by at some hour I was already in the room? I find it hard to believe they take pictures of every room that has the sign on the door when they attempt to service the room.
The front desk brochure indicated a $10 discount for Brotherhood Winery tour, but Brotherhood Winery never heard about, nor offered, such an offer. See picture.
Walls were paper thin, could hear everything in the next room.
Corrugated metal ceilings not soundproof, could hear everything from the room above.
Strobe light in smoke detector was awful, they could use better quality detectors; offering sleep masks is ridiculous. See picture.
The coffee in the lobby service made my daughter and I queasy.

Although the pool was smaller than the pics, it was clean and nicely decorated area.

Faculty was so attentive and sweet! Highly recommend. I am a clean freak but the room was so clean, surpassed my expectations. Bed was very comfortable. I definitely plan on staying again! The pool servers were also incredible.

The location was okay. The hotel is really nice
I think the price could’ve been better. Only because if the location. Maybe $150 for one night stay. Not $180. That’s the only downside.

Food and Beverage was high quality and good value , Rooms were excelent but the bed was very soft, I prefer a firmer mattress.
Bed comfort - was a bit soft for me.
