Spend two days, no clean towels, beds not comfortable, only one sheet per bed, no blankets, no extra towels

My overall stay at Beachside Resort, Wildwood was a peaceful and bright stay.

Breakfast was good, beds were comfy but could’ve had more than one sheet for a blanket. It was real nice and convenient that the room came with a hair dryer too since I forgot to bring mine.

More blankets, 11am would be a better check out time.

We did not enjoy staying in this hotel due to safety concerns and lack of cleanliness.

It’s close to beach and the air conditioner worked.

The first room door was broken. The employee had to shoulder the door to open it and couldn’t understand this was a safety issue. I requested a new room or repair to the door. The second room had filthy sheets with what looked like a blood stain. I would not return. The piggyback style parking is also very annoying. They do not give refunds. The stairway has little to no lighting at night.

we had a lovely time there. Staff were great room was perfect.

it was very clean and the location was perfect

unfortunately, they had no coffee machine. We had to walk for coffee with the elderly relative, so it was difficult for us. However, I do understand they have the coffee machine on order.

Not the best place for babies.

The beds were comfortable and it wasn't far from the boardwalk.

The door handle was too low so my almost 2 year old was opening it on his own and running out on us. There was no way to lock it because when you lock it n then pull the handle it unlocks. Also I didn't know of any security deposit till getting there, it wasn't in any of my booking confirmation. Wasnt told about the fact the beach access was closed right where you walk onto boardwalk. Was an inconvenience cause then we had to walk pretty much to get to a beach access gate.

property management was NO WHERE to be found. Allowed street racers to gather in the lots. Allowed other guests to take up spots and set up a tent all weekend.

Everything was close to the hotel

Parking system.. you have to leave your key in the front ... something it's very hard to found a good parking place.

Location is fine.

Unfortunately our room wasn't cleaned properly and we had noisy neighbors that were too loud and were smoking outside in the room next door. When we explained the situation to the receptionist, he didn't apologize and changed our room reluctantly. We are used to better customer service.

Our stay at the Beachside Resort was exceptional. The staff was very accommodating and friendly, especially AP. Our room was clean and large enough for my wife and I. I would definitely stay at Beachside again in the future. Thank you AP for your kindness toward us.

Convenient location and friendly staff

Location was GREAT! Pool hours were convenient. Staff was always on-site and available for all your needs.

One of our comforters was heavily stained, I was able to get a replacement right away. The bathroom had a lot of dusty areas that may have just been overlooked by housekeeping. I always travel with cleansing wipes and disinfectant so I dealt with that myself.

It was close to the boardwalk.

Toilet was a little brown inside, bathtub was a little brown inside, remote control to TV was sticky, lamp on nightstand was rusted, room was dusty. It looks nice in pictures but it's not what it is in reality. The grounds are run down and tired.
