Nothing special. We reported a defective toilette to the front desk employee and it was not fixed.

After my stressful and confusing check-in, the stay was fine. Just what you expect from a Hampton Inn. I've stayed here a few times and will stay again as long as the check-in isn't continually difficult.

This was the most difficult check-in I've ever experienced. When going to check-in the front desk claimed it was not paid for. They then wanted me to pay for the booking again even after showing the email confirmation. Had I not personally reached out to Booking.com I would have been charged twice. To management - Please revise your process for best practices. This was a process that should have been resolved between the front desk and Booking.com and left the customer out of it as it was not my problem to solve. Poor customer service.

Worst Hampton I have every stayed in!

Breakfast was great!

Rooms were run down and small. Beds & Pillows were average at best. Very poor showing for a Hampton Inn. In fact, it was the worst Hilton property I have stayed in. Both phones didn't work, Microwave didn't work. No microwave in our 2nd room.

I have stayed at this hotel for at least once a year for the past 4 years, although still nice it’s showing it’s age with needed repairs. They should invest in new pillows.

The hotel was fine. Booking.com was a huge disappointment. We had to pay for our room twice!

it was located near Baylor Scott & White hospital. We liked Jorge at the desk. He was kind and polite and tried to help us navigate through the terrible service we received from Booking.com.

It was a little dated and dirty.

Ok stay, breakfast ruined it. I will not stay here again.

the location was perfect. The front desk attendant made check in easy.

Moldy bread was served at breakfast and when addressed to the server, he was extremely rude. He did not seem to care about the quality of food he was serving.

location to my destination, grounds were kept up, breakfast was always different and decent for hotel breakfasts, staff was very nice except being charged for rooms I had already paid for ( but I got that fixed right away).

Rooms need major updating. Our main lamp was broken it didn’t stay up so I only lit one small circle of the table and not a large area. Huge water damage in the bathroom on the ceiling in room 306 that was terribly patched, sink spout was crooked to the right a bit, water pressure was terrible, and the shower was so hard to turn on because the pull, would pull the spout off the shower wall, the tub water ran fine but you couldn’t get the full tab to pull to use the shower. Our room door also could be pushed open from the hallway without using a key because it didn’t latch (we did mention this on the morning of Saturday and it did get fixed).

this stay was for my wifes birthday and we were very disappointed to say the least

the staff or should i say the one person i seen there was great ,bed was to soft and some idiot in a above room kept making bumping noises most of the time we were there ,i told the guy at the front desk about it . seemed like the laminate flooring in the bathrooms is where the noise came from my guess poor insulated ceiling to floor ? room looked dated or you have a poor decorator . the breakfast was good and the lady working the breakfast was good, it was at most a 100.00 a night room including fees . we will probably not book there again .

location to our sons house

curtain sheer torn ice machine on our floor did not work had to go down to 1 st by pool to get ice 5/6 times during 2 nt stay for our 3 rooms.
