Worked very well for us and good walks nearby including part of the Appalacian Trail

Clean and functional. Also received a complimentary continental breakfast and glass of wine in the evening. Ideal location fir tour of New England. Short trip to find a good restaurant for an evening meal as suggested by the host.

Having a kettle in the room would be good but we had free access to the breakfast room where we could heat water for a cup of tea!

Very good

This old-school lodge had gorgeous landscaping and our room was very quiet, especially given it's proximity to the road. The bed was comfortable, though the sheets could have been softer. The room had a sitting area with two comfortable chairs. In the evenings we were invited to enjoy a glass of wine free of charge. The breakfast spread was lovely, with choices of local baked goods, cereal, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, coffee, and fresh fruit.

The air conditioning unit was very loud even on the lowest fan setting.

Breakfast was disappointing. The room is very small…too small for us. Not enough electrical outlets.

Very enjoyable and relaxing

Quiet location and friendly staff - making clear their willingness to help in any way.

We had the last room available - but were still comfortable. For us, the drive to Norfolk for the Yale Music Festival was a bit too long - especially late at night and in thunderstomrs.

This inn is a great base to enjoy exploring the area, and we hope to return soon.

Mark and Stacey operate a lovely inn. The location was great, everything was very clean, breakfast was wonderful, and my wife says the pool was great. As the icing on the cake, so to speak, Mark talked to me about Jethro Tull, and the Steven Wilson box set remixes. 🥰

The sign was always tough to see until ALMOST too late. That’s about it - the place was great.

The Cornwall Inn was a pleasant and comfortable place to stay for my two nights in CT.

Very cozy and comfortable . I felt welcomed and confortable .

Lovely place run by lovely people.

Warm and friendly reception to a lovely period inn. Breakfast was fine. Our hosts kept checking that every thing was OK and were personable to speak with. Easy parking. Bed was the most comfortable I've ever slept in, but I forgot to check the brand name. Slept like a baby.

Visiting Kent and Cornwall

The owners were focused in making our stay fantastic providing all information to enjoy the best of the region. Breakfast was very good. Is a very good place to stay when visiting Kent and Cornwall regions

A very nice place to relax when attending any Kent School event, like a Reunion.

The breakfast covered the basics very well.

Air humidifier/dehumidifier was very noisy. There are not enough electrical outlets, and the special device charger worked very slowly: the installation of some up-to-date strip chargers would be a positive addition. The bathroom was not handicapped compliant: one grip doesn't overcome the need to step up and over the side of the tub ... so my wife bathed out of the sink. The WiFi connection was very weak! It is very easy to overshoot the entrance when coming from the south: an additional sign on the east side of the road a bit before the entrance would be helpful, especially at night.

Pleasant surprise. Would book again there without hesitation.

Not many places to stay near Lime Rock Park and we booked kind of late so had even fewer choices but this place was perfect. Kind of like an old motel but the rooms have been updated and the bed was comfortable and everything was clean and neat. Hosts were very nice and helpful as well. I'm a little bit of a hotel snob but I wouldn't hesitate booking her again if heading back to Lime Rock. Missed breakfast as it started after we had to leave.

Room was small but that wasn't a problem. Starting breakfast earlier would be nice but most guests probably sleep in a little later than racers who have to get to track early.

Great location! less than 10 minutes to the town of Kent and Kent school, 18 minutes to the Marvelwood school. room was super clean and the owner was super nice. would definitely recommend!

Would go there again.

The location is great- it is near many good restaurants, hiking trails, and shopping. The owner met with us upon our arrival and provided a map of areas interests; was available for any questions.
