It was an all right stay... clean, and easy to get to and park, but disappointing for the price.

The staff were friendly, but a bit disorganized finding out booking. We only saw them when we checked in.

The hard linoleum floors. At the price point, she kind of carpet would be expected.

Parent visiting college student?

Good for parent visit close to Clarkson

Would return if staying in the area overnight again.

Room was clean. No noticeable noise levels from other guests. Bathroom was clean and had clean towels.

Didn't dislike anything. It was a quiet, uneventful night. Great for studying for a final I had the morning of checkout.

A nice, comfortable roadside inn. It seems the owners are the staff, and they truly care about their business, and the comfort of their guests. It was clean and well maintained.

too much money for one night... but bed was good.

I liked folks working there. Responsive to our room having only one towel in the bathroom. Responsive when we needed a bottle opener. Nice people.

Price was too high. 180+ per night. Terrible.

Motel met expectations for price paid.

Was convenient location and room was clean.

Coffee was not available at 7am. I believe we were the only ones staying there, but coffee should have been ready.

Pleasant

Nice for the location by my son college. Walmart is next door.

Took some time for the heat to warm the room. Hair in the bathroom, but I bring cleaning supplies with me just in case. And after I checked out as I was asked to leave the key in the door and be out by 10 am. I was called while driving saying I didn't leave. Not sure if anyone checked themself in after I left. very odd.

AWFUL

convenient

They advertise they have queen size beds but all they have are full size. The beds are the most uncomfortable beds we have ever slept in. They only give you one tiny pillow. The deadbolt lock broke on the first time of us using it and we were stuck inside the room for awhile. The manager isn’t a people person. The parking lot was full of ice and not salted.

Appreciate their effort to make things better.

The place was clean. Late arrival was not a problem. They worked at finding a solution to the problems that I encountered.

The first room the lock didn’t work properly. I asked for a different room and it was provided. The second room the heat didn’t work. After various attempt by me and the staff the solution was to place an portable heater in the room that kept the room warm all night. The batteries on the remote for the tv didn’t work, but they did bring new ones. They don’t provide the breakfast that is included in the price of the stay. Maybe they should consider having k cup and coffee makers in each room and individually prepackaged muffins,danish. Lastly, money should have been taken off the bill for all the inconvenience experienced.
