The pool table was in disrepair, the beds were lumpy, the air conditioner was noisy,

The outdoor pool, fishing. Closeness to other areas.

The indoor pool and hot tub. They were dirty, stained

Never happened but we were charged in full

Had a schedule change with our Grandson and booking.com would not cancel our stay without full payment. We will never use or recommend them ever again. We appealed to Lake in Pines and they did nothing.

Okay facility.

The whole facility was very clean and well maintained. While being an older facility our room was updated and did not feel old or outdated. I saw staff out cleaning public areas and doing pool maintenance every day early in the morning.

Internet was terrible. Our room was right above the office so you would think if any area would have it working well that would be it. It made things really tough since the weather was iffy and I could not check it. Also trying to find information on local restaurants for food allergies was about impossible. If it did work it was terribly slow. Would not return due to that.

Wish I could have stayed longer, I didn’t have time to enjoy all of the amenities offered.

The view from the balcony suite was amazing, extremely clean room, and the receptionist was very helpful and pleasant.

Motel great - had the cheapest room - needs renovation but served the purpose - a place to sleep, good shower & a TV to watch The Phillies beat The Braves! We are very seasoned high end travelers - so take my comments as a compliment - you meant our expectations of price/value - was glad to hear most of the property renovated - setting beautiful on the lake.

There website showed a better scene of lake from room but had to look between two buildings to see. On the balcony the railing was shaky and it was starting to get a hole in the floor.

Lovely setting but glad only 2 days

Room was very dated. Looked like a sauna with all the wood cladding. Very small room. Chair was stained. We had flies buzzing about all night and killed 7. Carpet looked dirty and strangely went up the wall. Walls and floor of outdoor pool were filthy. There was a very strong smell of cleaning spray or air freshener in room but once dissipated room musty.
