How to be The front desk? Ask her...

Super clean. Exceptional staff. Easy parking. Room amazing. Young lady at front desk Tuesday Oct 7, she was on point with my room change. Making what could have been a challenge, into a seamless transaction. I think her name was Ibsahna (surely I butchered that). Early morning around 7 or 8. Definitely a person I would recruit heavily for my company. And very well might do just that so a raise is on the horizon I sense.

Screens on the porch railing. And light switches were wired in a random way.

Great spring break trip

The apartment was great. It looked exactly like the pictures. There's a place to get food onsite and a bar by the pool. The staff were very helpful and friendly. They gave me a lot of information on the daily activities they offered as well as coupons for things nearby.

There's 3 floors in each building and no elevators but it wasn't a big deal we were on the 2nd floor. The toilet was a little small for me personally.

Fora do quarto, perfeito, dentro, talvez uma repaginada

“Amplo” espaco no quarto, sacada, ar condicionado otimo, cama gigantesca e colchao excepcionalmente confortavel! Os atendentes sao de uma prestatividade incrivel. Estacionamento amplo. Area de lazer excepcional.

Nao entendi muito bem a arquitetura do quarto. Na frente da cama tem uma banheira que nao me cabia, totalmente aberta, se for usada, talvez molhe o quarto (que e de carpete), ai logo atras tem uma pia que seria do banheiro, mas tem um microondas e uma geladeira, dando a entender que seria de uso de cozinha tambem. Do lado da pia tem o box do chuveiro( que a pressao de agua e fraca) e na frente um espaco com a privada, que e bem apertado pra pessoas mais altas ou um pouco mais gordas. Faltam talheres caso queira fazer algo no microondas da acomodacao, mas tem cafe, canecas e copos, e nao tem como lava-los a nao ser que use o sabonete da pia, que seria do banheiro.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Large coffee machine in a studio and porcelain instead of plastic! :-) Nice pool area. Lots of amenities included. Location - close to the Hyatt conference facilities. Shuttle Service to theme parks.

Room had rather old carpet and equipment.

Perfect accommodations in a quiet setting with a large pool area made for a great stay!

The pool area was very nice and the condo was large and comfortable and very clean, quiet and nicely furnished which all made for a great stay. The location was perfect as you could walk to 10 different restaurants and food stores. We shopped and made food in the full sized kitchen and had lunch out on the large screened in balcony!

I cannot think of anything that could have better. I can add that the unit had large bedrooms and two full bathrooms and a laundry room and affordable as it was about the same price of a regular hotel room but was 1300 square feet. They did offer some info about a time share but we were not interested and nobody pushed the issue. And in five minutes we were on our way to our place in peaceful grounds surrounded by palm trees!

if you get a studio, just know that everyone in the room will see you get into the shower and thru the frosted glass can watch you shower. Studio is really just meant for intimate couples. Also it’s just a garden tub in the studio. it isn’t jetted.

overall the property is great and I would most definitely stay here again

I liked that the property was very close to the parks that we were attending, and very close to Disney springs.

I didn’t like that the volcano wasn’t working. That was my main reason for booking this property bc my daughter loves the volcano. I also didn’t like that the trash cans were right outside of our door, bc it was so noisy early in the morning when we were sleeping.

I love the location. we have stayed here several times and have always been pleased.

we called down to the front desk and asked for ice so I could take my nightly medications. we waited over and hour for ice. however, when we arrived home the following night, there was a bucket of ice waiting. It also seems to be declining on cleanliness, I ended up with athletes foot, and I have a feeling it is because the shower was not properly cleaned.

Location, comfy beds.

Not enough parking. When we asked for a towel exchange a bag of towels was dumped in the room. We also asked for the room to be cleaned and it was not done. A/C unit was also VERY loud. Also water took a while to get hot, but otherwise it was fine.

Exceptional

Location was about a 15 minute drive to all the Disney parks. The room was large and clean. The washer and dryer in the room was amazing! All the staff were helpful and friendly. Activities for young and the young at heart all week. Pools were clean and big. The on-site restaurants were delicious and open late.
