It’s clean and has few restaurants in walking distance.

The only good thing I can say about the stay was that the property has the potential to be very nice. Unfortunately, the staff member at check in was aloof and unhelpful for the issues that I asked him to address. When I called later to ask if there was breakfast and coffee downstairs available, the reply I received from the front desk associate was "Uh huh". This is just the epitome of an unprofessional staff who are not held to standards of service in the hospitality industry.
Upon arrival there were at least 6 people smoking as you walk in the front door of the hotel. We checked in (associate was not friendly and said nothing to my husband and just shoved the keys at him) He did not mention anything about changing the room that we booked online. We booked a 2 bed queen suite that had a pull-out couch so that we would have adequate room. We got to the room to find that there was only one queen bed and a pull-out couch. I called the front desk and he told me that because I booked through a 3rd party they did not have to give me the 2 queen beds that I paid for and expected. If I had known this I would have went elsewhere. I asked if he had other rooms available and I would pay the difference because I needed to have a place for my kids to sleep comfortably. He said there was no other rooms available and there was nothing he could do, again because I had 3rd party booking. Since the room was non-refundable we had to make due. I decided to make the kids some popcorn. The microwave was broken. I called down to the front desk and the same associate told me that there was nothing he could do about that because the maintenance person was not there. In this large hotel, on a 4th of July holiday weekend on a Friday night, there was not one person on call to fix things in the hotel. Ok. I told him that also, the A/C wasn't working well and we had been there over an hour and it was still about 80 degrees. He said there was nothing he could do and that the A/C takes time to get up to temperature. It never did. I went to pull out the couch for the kids and found a prescription pill bottle in plain sight that was left from pervious guests. Having small children this is unacceptable. The pull-out couch was broken and the mattress had dried blood on it. I had to prop it up for the kids to be able to lay down. There were public hairs in the shower. I had to kill a German cockroach in the kitchen area. I will never stay here again. EVER.

Th location and pool was nice.
There were ants crawling all over the counter. I called the front desk and the guy up front stated that it was nothing he could do because he was the only one there. The tub was nasty and the outside of the refrigerator was nasty as well! The bed was hard and made a loud squeaky noise every time you sat on it or laid in it.

Great location
Room was barely cleaned. Maid service let themselves in around 10am without knocking and I was getting dressed while my husband was still in bed. I asked why and she said “making my rounds”
Without knocking???? This is not ok, I called the desk and she acted like it wasn’t a very big problem

Dogs barking loud in the room next to me but it was handled.

Location is central. Parking is free.
This Home2 Suits is the worst. And nothing like other ones we have stayed. The room stank, was disgusting and dirty. Hair in the bathroom holes in sheets. I asked to change rooms ( we had 2) - the other 2 rooms didn‘t stank, but were still disgusting dirty. Chewing gum stuck to floor🤮🤮🤮

Staff both checking in and on leaving was great. Property was very nice, very comfortable.
Took a long time for water to warm up in the shower.
Breakfast wasn’t great. I’ve had worse at hotels, but I’ve had much better. No wheat bread. Breakfast entrees not labeled as to what they were. Not much selection.

This property is great for families. It has a pretty big refrigerator, a microwave, dishes and a dishwasher. Also, has a sitting are with a couch and plenty of space for luggage and hooks in the bathroom for your towels. The only thing missing was a room safe.
More food options and a room safe.

We enjoyed the breakfast so much! It was nice, clean and very well stocked. There have been hotels we've stayed at that did not measure up to this. We will be visiting again very soon. The facilities were awesome! I loved the grills!!
2.5
It was spacious and it gives more room. The kitchenette is a plus since we stayed for 6 days.
The breakfast staff is not very friendly. She always answers with an attitude and is not very helpful. Our bathroom overflowed one night and when I called the front desk, she told me that since it was a Friday night, there is nobody that can fixed the clog. I told her if we can use the shower in another room but she said they are fully booked. The only reason somebody came up and fix the clog is because I insisted that we need to take a shower and it was not acceptable to pay a hotel if we cannot even take a shower.

I like the area was close to restaurants and the mall.
The 2 ladies at the front desk was not helpful the next day we put out our old towel and rags before leaving for the day and came back we had no towels. We called the front desk they had a attitude after we ask for towels they said they didn’t have any a laundry person was gone we ask what we was supposed to do the room suppose to come with field much as paid they said I don’t know talk to the manager tomorrow and hung up.

The room was very spacious and clean! It feels like a new hotel.
The breakfast food was not good at all. The waffles suck and eggs taste horrible. It just wasn't great.
2.5
The staff was very kind and helpful. I can’t tell about breakfast, I didn’t go. The room was ok.
They didn’t have a room available for me. They find me a room after a few minutes and the room was open and dirty. This despite I could have checked in since 3 and I didn’t arrive to the facility until past 4. So I had to go down and wait for them to find another room. I don’t know what happens if it was a problem with the system but at least they were able to fix it.

Close to restaurants
It was being remodel during our stay therefore certain sections were closed during our stay and the water was turned off during some time in our stay. I would of like to have been informed when I made reservation that the hotel was being remodel

The staff was the friendliest in town! And after 5 other stops before this one (we came on a whim with no reservation), it was a breath of fresh air! Very kind and welcoming after a long day of driving.
Our room smelled like sewage really bad. It was clean but the smell was awful overwhelming in the bathroom. Everything else was perfect.

Room was great. Perfect for the extended stay amenities i was after. Gym was adequate and useful. Location was close to where i need to be an dining options as well. I'd stay here again.
Breakfast was average for hotels. Which means below average in general. I'd rather have few choices of good food, than many choices of less than great food. Price was little high I though for the area. Perhaps not the best value but still a very nice room and facility.

4.5
Staff was great and friendly.
Having to use my room in the elevator. But I know it's for safety reasons.
1.5
It was close to other places.
The room smelled like mildew, the remote didn’t work, the WiFi wouldn’t work, the staff was rude when asking about the WiFi. Breakfast didn’t start until 7 and we had to check out by 6:30am. The room was soooooo warm despite attempting to adjust the thermostat. The bed was not as comfortable as some described. Overall not so great experience for the cost of a night.
