In the restaurant they were very friendly very nice nice. The servers were extremely nice and friendly. The front desk and check in young lady had a little bit of an attitude. on check out. The lady was really nice. This hotel could use some updating.

It's okay

Location is good, and hotel staff services are great .

Room is very small and furniture is outdated. Hotel Room price is too high and inside Room facilities is not comfortable.

Ask for an upper room or don’t plan to sleep

Clean modern lobby, friendly staff, lovely pool and it’s really nice to have access to the other pools etc in the resort group

Stay here if sleeping is optional, or make absolutely sure your on at least the 4th floor not facing the road. The rooms on the 2nd floor were soo incredibly loud from the road noise it was as impossible to sleep.

No place like home

If was very clean great place to stay very nice service or fist room a/c did not work called them and they put us in a new room asap and yes I would recommend them to anyone

Would have stayed longer but it seems that the price went higher on the week day then it did on the weekend don't understand so we went to south Beach and are staying two days here at the fairwind for the price of one night there guess they did not need the money

Perfect Perfect Perfect!!!

Love everything this place has offered. I got perfect fifth floor with ocean view- it’s reasonable to pay for this view. Clean sheet & nice vanity set for guests. Swimming pool is perfect for relaxing. We found some roosters and iguanas near by (if you not scared ) they’re friendly. Location is Perfect! It’s the very first hotel when you’re entering the island.

Nothing! We just need to spend more days there!

Overall it was a great place to stay and can watch sunset across the street from the hotel too

Location, few steps to trolley and tour buses Shuttle services to downtown and Duval street

The girl in front desk when we check in not very welcoming appears that she is carrying the problem of the world, thank God a colleague of her stepped up to help us and answer our questions, his name is Jarel. We came from a long drive and he greeted us with a smile, thanking us for choosing 24 North Hotel and explained that the reason we have to move to the partner hotel the Gate instead in a nice accommodating calm and smiling voice- it was a relief… unlike the girl who seems very upset when asked why… customer service…

Hotel needs to be updated. And prices lowered.

Starbucks was connected to hotel. Pool vibe was nice.

This is a regular Hotel!! Not not a resort! Not as advertised. Over priced. Bar inside lobby was never open. Parking was horrible. Elevators barely work. There was NO beach access. Rooms outdated couches extremely worn out as well as mattresses.

I absolutely loved the hotel the way it looked and the structure of it and also all the amenities it offered. There is a pool, a fitness center a breakfast bar and everything else you could ask for near by. The staff was exceptional and very accommodating with everything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in key west. I will definetly come back.

There was not one thing I can say i did not like honestly.

It is at a convenient location

No more breakfast included, it was decent but not worth the 300 dollars the night. I could have done without the roosters singing at 3:00 am even though I love roosters.

The amount of drunk.ppl in the pool That the bar staff let people abuse the iguanas That ppl jumped into the pool with their drinks and cigarettes That the smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night and there was zero acknowledgment from the staff The bathroom door is broken so it shreds itself all over the carpet when you close it. Paying 500 for a room that was worth 125 at best

Overall the stay was nice. There is a $50 fee per night per hotel room so beware of that and a parking fee.

The location was nice and the shuttle is convenient. Nice pool are and bar.

Beds a little hard for my liking and rooms a tad small.

Nice rooms and bathrooms, nice pool area, and guests are allowed to also enjoy the pools of the 3 neighbouring hotels! Several hotel restaurants to choose from. And a free shuttle to and from downtown! Most of all, kind and helpful personnel - the receptionist learned my name!!

The managers took almost 20 hours to respond to all of our complaint we immediately left the property with no resolve th

Nothing. The photos are nothing like the property or the rooms.

The bedsheets and pillow casing had blood stains / carpet stains / I rented 3 rooms and left after 14hours. 2nd room AC took 5 hours to cool down 1st 2nd 3rd rooms all smelled like weed and cigarettes.

The sunset from right outside our door on the second floor was beautiful! Apparently it's connected with the other three hotels next door so you could use any of the pools, bars, etc.
