Extraordinary service, staff and accommodations.

This hotel felt more like a BnB than a hotel. It's located in an old warehouse in downtown Pulaski that has been lovingly converted into a hotel. The solid wood beams have been maintained throughout. The bedrooms are huge and immaculately clean!!! The beds are very comfortable, the AC is fabulous and the TV works perfectly. We had to ask if this hotel has recently opened as everything was so shiny & clean, but learned it has been open since 2015. This speaks highly of the general manager, Wendy Akers and her team.
There was nothing we did not like about this one-of-kind property.

Good breakfast. Nice big room. Double sinks. Lounge area outside. View of train from window.

breakfast was great! biscuits with sausage gravy, very yummy! rooms were spacious and beautiful. great hotel!
We were told it would be 30-45 min wait for a table for dinner. So we gave the hostess our name and asked if we could wait at the bar. We also told the bartender we were on the list for a table but wanted a drink while waiting. After quite a long wait, maybe an hour or more, the bartender came around and asked if we wanted food since the kitchen was closing in a half hour. My husband checked with the hostess and they still had us on the list for a table. within a couple minutes we got our table. I really feel they must have forgotten about us.

LOVED the concept of this hotel--renovated old building with brick and beams in our room and common areas.... Ate dinner at the hotel restaurant (Als on 1st) and it was very good. Good options for breakfast and the parking was easy.
I wanted to love this place but did not get much sleep--very poor insulation, so we heard people talking below us and everyone walking above us! Hotel is right next to train tracks and police station, so we heard sirens wailing during the night and also the train whistle blew when it was going by the hotel. Liked the sink area of the bathroom, but there was not a single towel bar or hook to hang a towel or hanging dop kit. This would be a simple fix. Breakfast looked good and we were the first ones in but the pancakes were cold! Another simple fix.

Location was a bit surprising… seems the town is in process of coming back from death.
Breakfast was adequate. The layout was lovely.
Staff was top drawer!
The building and rooms are just lovely.

Surprisingly stylish hotel in a small town. Beautiful building, nice staff. Free breakfast was average but dinner in dining room was very good (will eat there again).

Cleanliness, breakfast, and room....basically everything! Restaurant is good too!
It's about 15 minutes off the route that we travel frequently. Nothing to be done about that.
Would like towel bars near the sinks.

Everything
Grilled salmon was overcooked. Woke up by noise of person walking and banging in room above me before 6am.
Checked price through hotel and received NO discount going through Booking.

The restaurant is lovely and very clean, and the offerings seemed nice. The restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful.
The offering looked nice but there weren't much vegan options. We're not vegan, but have Alpha Gal Syndrome, a tick borne food allergy. Having some almond or oat milk would be nice, plus more tea varieties.

I loved the location of the hotel. In the downtown area. The rooms themselves were cozy and beautiful to look at. Breakfast is free. I believe the price was reasonable for me staying 2 nights there and especially not too pricey due to staying during a holiday. My boyfriend is from the area and told me how this hotel is new. We both enjoyed it overall
There was a bunch of flies dead and alive in the room. The bathroom gets very colder than the rest of the room. But thats an easy fix by getting the heater on and leaving the door to the bathroom open to let in that warm air.

Lovely location! Right next door to a park and train station.
the front desk lady didn’t give me any cat
