The suite had a kitchen with a microwave and frig. The bed was super comfortable and the lobby had a pleasant gathering space.
There aren’t many restaurants in the area. I would have loved a glass of wine.

The check in staff was so pleasant and helpful. I lived in Alexandria 25 years ago and Marissa helped me identify old familiary places. The room was above ANY hotel I've visited. It felt like I'd just moved into an apartment! It had everything we needed.
I wish the pool was outside instead of inside.

Decent hotel to stay on your way to New Orleans or Baton Rouge. The rooms are quite spacious with full kitchens. The room also has a coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. The hotel also provides a good breakfast. The staff at the hotel is friendly and provides good customer service. Overall, a decent hotel.
The rooms need little more cleaning. We found that the shower still had soap scum and there is some black substance in edge of the shower. Overall the hallways also need little more cleaning. The water in the pool is also not very clean.

Great location, close to everything and staff was awesome.
One of the two elevators was not working which made it a little troublesome. But we know things break. Maintenance company was there on Friday but it broke again Sat. morning.

Flooring was so nasty! The walls were paper thin and the doors and walls were so nasty.

very bad experience. we ended up going to another hotel because our reservation “ got lost” and there was no room.

location and staff were not friendly

I enjoyed the showers.
That I was charged 3 times, 3 different totals equaling over 800 for 3 nights. And no one has an answer as to why

I didnt get to stay there. Got called hours before checking telling me they over booked and they had no spot. Leaving us rootless with hours. No good for business. Will not return to hotel. Will stay next door at hotel that did accommodate us

King suite with a kitchen was a great place to stay while our home was being renovated. I could purchase quick meals and warm them in the microwave. Dishware was available along with a refrigerator and coffeemaker. The continental breakfast served in the lobby every morning was a plus as well. Suite was on one of the upper floors away from heavy foot traffic making my stay peaceful and relaxing. Housekeeping staff was very helpful in providing anything I might need, ie. extra paper products, towels, etc.
I made my original reservation through Booking.com that gave the impression I would being paying $144.00 a night. Once I received my bill, I found that there was a price increase from day to day. When I questioned an individual at the reservation desk, he stated the daily price change was based on a "supposed algorithm." Needless to say, I wasn't impressed when the price went from $144.00 to $169.00 to $179.00 and then $199.00 and then back to 179.00 per day.

This hotel was in the right spot to stop while we drove cross country. Room and breakfast were decent.
Staff kept to themselves. The orientation of the furniture and space for breakfast was odd. We had to walk around a large bar-style table where people were eating to get food. We had difficulty finding a clean spot to sit for breakfast.

no stove or oven

This property had a very pleasant atmosphere. The staff at the reception desk was professional and welcoming and the lobby was clean and comfortable. We had just moved into a new house and renovation was still underway. Our stay was a great break away from the clutter as we were still surrounded by boxes. Our stay was a needed break from the stress of a major move and the pool was exactly what I needed to destress. We reserved a king suite that came with a kitchen where we bought in a few groceries and had a cold, summer dinner of baked chicken, pasta salad and lemon cake. Sometimes you just need a night away from your routine, (especially after 2 years of the pandemic) to change your mindset. The hotel was quiet, comfortable and a great get away! We were very happy with our room and the price was right!
I would have liked to have seen more variety with the continental breakfast.

Bar soap is not available in this hotel. No meat of any kind was available during breakfast time.

Loved the little kitchen with utensils.
Great lighting in the bathroom.
Roomy elevators.
Would have liked a breakfast like the one
in your Baton Rouge location. It was reallly
good.
