Enjoyable

It is a beautiful Hotel. Its clean, quiet, and relaxing. we love to walk down at the river and this hotel is in the perfect location.

Stunning building in construction zone

The place is gorgeous.

The historical exhibits were looking sad and falling off the walls. Location could be described as "scary adjacent".

Well worth it

The bed was very comfortable, the room was beautiful and very clean, and the staff was super friendly. The pictures don't do the character of this hotel justice. We will definitely be back.

The coffee pod was kind of difficult to work.

Very comfortable stay downtown. Great sleep and shower! Grand entrance to the hotel.

The room was very comfortable, the shower wonderful, the bed was so comfortable. I appreciated all the products in the bathroom and study desk area: coffee, toothpaste, toothbrushes (!), body gel, and shampoos.

The receptionist was not very inviting upon our arrival. Not cheerful at all.

We will be back.

The structure of the hotel was beautiful. It was our first time visiting this hotel and the Architectural work was astonishing. The rooms are very basic compared to downstairs, however, the hotel is still a bang for its buck. We even took engagement photos at this beautiful place and I cannot wait to see the results. We will definitely be back.

The staff was friendly but wasn't very accommodating with answering the phone from our room or helpful with directions around downtown.

Interesting hotel, good food, good drink . . . we will be back.

We ate dinner in the restaurant and the service was friendly and food was very good. The bar associated with hotel is a plus.

A wedding rehearsal and the wedding the next evening took up most of the lobby.

Unique hotel in a great location for my stay. Felt very safe and clean. I would stay again.

The rooms were a little small but immaculate. The parking was very close. I really like staying in unique hotels not the cookie-cutter cinder block creations off the interstate. Bentley is certainly not that. The bath accessories were very nice. The free waters were appreciated.

The TV did not have premium channels. The fridge was set a little too cold and froze my drinks. The folks in the next room were occasionally a little loud.

If in the area again, I would stay at the Bentley.

I loved the original historic decor. It felt as though you were stepping back in time. Lunch in the downstairs restaurant was delicious. Staff throughout—front desk, cleaning, and restaurant—was very friendly and accommodating. The ballroom, being decorated for a wedding, was lovely.

Parts of the property seemed to have seen better days. Particularly on the main level, some areas were closed. The front desk seemed rather makeshift.

Beautiful hotel! We will definitely be staying there anytime we go to the area in the future!!

We came because my daughter had a dance in Pineville and the pictures online were so pretty. We got amazing photos! It was very clean and comfortable. We had breakfast at the restaurant the next morning and it was AMAZING.

The only thing I didn’t like was that our TV volume wouldn’t turn down.

Enjoyable stay but would have liked my room to be tidied and supplies replenished the second day.

Beautiful historic lobby!!! Enjoyed the displays.

My room was not serviced at all during my second day if the stay. Bed was not made, had to call to have wash cloths and coffee brought after we used those supplied. The second night there was no hot water. After we called we had to wait quite a while for it to hear before we could shower.

Beautiful jewel in CENLA!

We stopped at the restaurant for dessert and drinks (for the parents) before heading to bed. The desserts were AMAZING!!! My husband and kids are also big on history so they loved the little sprinklings of historical pieces around the hotel! The beignets were amazing!

That I couldn't get breakfast beignets at 645 am before we left! Lol - more a personal problem than a hotel issue. Should have taken some to go from dinner!

This is my second time staying here and I definitely plan on returning again and again.

For me, the main draw is the historical nature of the property. I love old hotels with a feeling of history and age. This hotel has that in spades. The staff was friendly and the rooms were simple, and comfortable.

Maybe make the mini-fridges a little bigger. It was hard to fit everything.
