It was alright

Bkfst pool size of room

Our air conditioning was broke made noise all night and didn’t cool the room down. Told the clerk in the morning and got nothing. Would have liked to been offered something as it was hot n muggy

CLean & Comfortable. Priced just right.

Our room was modern, updated, clean, and comfortable.

Some hallway trash we helped pick up outside of neighboring rooms. Not a big deal. It happens!

Straight forward hotel. Short stay. Would use again if in this area.

Friendly staff, room was fine, bed was comfy, breakfast was good

Heater/AC unit was constantly loud throughout the night.

Great value, clean, friendly staff helped make my 3 day mid-week stay very pleasant

Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was good. Staff was friendly

Shower took a VERY long time to get hot. Bed was comfy but pillows were awful.

Overall my stay was great. The staff at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay great

I thought the breakfast was good. The food was fresh and there was a good variety of items to choose from. The kitchen staff was kind and friendly.

I didn't like the size of the room. It was kind of tight. Other than that it was fine, clean, and fairly modern.

My first stay at Springhill Suites by Marriott

The room size. The cleanliness of the room and all surfaces. The whole hotel was clean, down to the pool and gym areas. The staff was welcoming and courteous. The ability to refrigerate. The Keurig. The netflix. Free wifi. The bed was very comfortable. And I really liked the seating area in the room. Was like being at home.

There was quite a bit of noise, from other guests into the late hours and some sort of banging sounds coming from somewhere above the bathroom very early in the morning. The smell of weed throughout the floor but it didn't make it into the room thank goodness. The breakfast although generous, was not great, but thanks for trying. I couldn't get any place to deliver food. No tub.

TV channels seemed limited to me. Unless you like sports and I don't! The shower really needs some safety updates: a bar on the wall, a rubber mat on the floor, etc. I did feel a little nervous taking a shower. No in-room safe?

I enjoyed the comfort of my stay very much, but it is very costly.

It was very easy to find. It was very busy that night, but the reservation staff were very welcoming. The room size was big. For just one, it was more than enough. The breakfast all looked good. I chose from the hot selections and enjoyed it all.

The lighting in the bathroom is very dim, which made it difficult to apply make-up effectively. It looked as though there was lighting over the sink, but there was no way to turn it on, or maybe it just wasn't working.

Good as any other SpringHill Suites. Very comfortable, nice breakfast, It took us 45 min car ride to Manhattan.

enjoyed our stay and would DEFINITELY stay there again

the staff was very pleasant. The breakfast was always plentiful and delicious.

we really liked the property. however, the only dislike was the teeny, tiny soap. I know it could be a waste, but when you are staying four nights, the soap could have been bigger

Perfect spot for a family trip

Great size room for a family of 5, lighting in room could be better. Pool was great and warm. Breakfast was perfect to fill up before a busy day.

Pool ran out of towels frequently and lighting in room could be better.
